Overall I was mostly satisfied with the wedding photos that Wozniak Photography provided; however, I do have some complaints. We paid for full day coverage with two photographers, yet our photographers left HOURS before our reception was over. No where in our contract was "full day coverage" defined, so obviously one would assume it would be the normal length of a reception, but apparently that's not the case and they didn't offer this information up beforehand. Also, before the ceremony we took photos at a park that was close to the location of the wedding ceremony. For some reason our photographers were sitting in their car for 40+ minutes after we all arrived at the ceremony location. I had to have my bridesmaids photograph me putting the boutonniere on my father and crossage on my mother, my husband putting the crossage on his mother, my sister putting my garter on me, etc. - totally unacceptable. Also, they sent us paperwork to complete before the big day and asked what poses/pic... Read moretures we really wanted. I wanted a few specific pictures with my nieces and I and I clearly listed this on the paperwork that was returned to them, but those pictures were never taken nor did the photographers ask me if I wanted them. Of course if I would've remembered, I could've asked, but when you're the bride, you have a million things to think about and that's why you pay "professionals" to do their jobs. Lastly, when we received our wedding album we discovered that they used selective color when editing some of the photos. This is an extremely dated way of editing and I am not a fan of it at all. I was never asked if this was okay and this was never agreed upon. While they can produce some beautiful pictures, the quality of their overall service is not up to par.
