From the moment we took a tour, to the day of our wedding, Kristin was there through everything. I was not expecting the kind of service she had provided; and constantly she reassured me that all of my questions and requests were heard and answered. Kristin, and the Woodmark Hotel, top level service and professionalism really showed through every email, every phone call, and in person meeting. I would hire this venue again for any event in the future. The tent, waterfront, and hotel is BEAUTIFUL, breath taking, and the best spot to say "I do". FOOD is SUPER DELICIOUS. We did the buffet, and our guests could not stop getting up for seconds, and yes there was more than enough for everyone to do so. Beyond all my little questions and request, Kristin genuinely made us feel very special on our day. There was never a time where I looked back after booking them. Thank you Kristin for all of your efforts, it truly made our day that much more special.

So glad we went with The Woodmark for our venue. It was so great to have most everything taken care of by the venue, and they are seasoned pros! Not only is the location beautiful, but the food was SO good too. My husband and I both work in restaurants and frankly did not have high expectations considering most hotels food tend to leave something to be desired but not The Woodmark; we were both pleasantly surprised and excited after everything we tasted when planning our menu was delicious! As I said, they are definitely pros when it comes to weddings, which made everything so smooth and easy wedding day!

We had the perfect wedding day at the Woodmark hotel!! Kristin was an amazing venue coordinator and was so helpful through our entire planning process. She was super quick to respond to our questions and was extremely professional. We loved the venue for its proximity to the waters (we got married with a view of lake Washington right behind us!) and the numerous room options (we had ceremony under terrace tent, cocktail on the lawn, reception inside, photo booth and dessert in another room inside, tea ceremony in the library). Food at the venue was great!

Wow! We were SO impressed with The Woodmark for our wedding in 2018. Meg helped us throughout the entire 18 months of planning our wedding. I so very appreciated her attention to detail and patience with my novice wedding planning skills. Pros to this venue, the package includes everything you need and they are very organized. For additional vendors they have very top notch quality recommendations to choose from. The venue itself is absolutely breathtaking, and and the guests enjoyed themselves from start to finish. We loved having our guests be able to stay at the hotel, and our bridal suite was incredible. We were looking for a place right on the water and the Woodmark is definitely a fantastic spot for this! The location is breathtaking, but more than this the team behind weddings at the Woodmark is truly one of a kind. Brooke helped us every step of the way, always accommodating and really focused on making the day everything we hoped for. She was an incredible asset to our wedding vendor team! On the day of the wedding, thunderstorms were in the works and the Woodmark so effortlessly established a "rain plan". In the end, rain stayed away just long enough for us to enjoy the wedding ceremony outside in the tent and the Woodmark adjusted plans accordingly; it was amazing. The service is remarkable. We are not organized people so having this team behind us made all the difference. Could not recommend enough!

The Woodmark was our perfect venue. We knew we wanted to have our wedding at a hotel but we had a wide variety of options including downtown and out near the mountains. The moment we walked through the front door of the Woodmark we were amazed at how beautiful and peaceful it was. Meg is an all-star and went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy. We started our planning process very early but she was with us every step of the way, checking in every few months and asking if we had any questions. Our ceremony and reception were held in the Marina Room and the banquet staff were fantastic (prompt in clearing away plates and making sure everyone had what they needed). My husband & I stayed here after our wedding and we cannot say enough great things about our experience there. We had reserved two nights there and when my husband had went to check in, they informed him that they made a mistake and overbooked the hotel and our room was one which was overbooked. Well we we're of course disappointed, but they had put us up at the Bellevue Club for the night of our wedding at no cost, and they also upgraded us to the one of the nicest suites in the hotel for our night there. My husband had also made reservations for us to go to dinner at the restaurant there, and during our dinner they had upgraded our wine at no cost, plus gave us two free desserts on the house. They really treated us so well and we we're more than pleased with our stay there. Plus, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and has so much to offer. Definitely worth a stay there!

I cannot imagine a more fantastic location to celebrate one of the most important days of your life. It is a spectacular location right on the water with a marina adjacent to it and view of the Olympics. The outdoor tent was a comfort to have with our unpredictable PNW summers. The dance floor was perfect with a DJ. We loved the convenience of onsite hotel rooms for our family and out of town guests to stay. The food at the reception was excellent - our guests raved about the coconut prawns. The Woodmark was very easy to work with and even let us create a fun signature cocktail. Other than our wedding cake from their preferred cake vendor (which was beyond disappointing) everything else about the Woodmark was simply outstanding.

I got married @ The Woodmark last weekend and if I could do it a billion times over again, I'd choose The Woodmark Hotel as my venue EVERY time. We chose The Woodmark for many reasons. A few being, it is nautical, but not CHEESY or THEME feeling. My husband and I were both collegiate rowers, so we felt like a somewhat nautical venue was fitting. The canopy was the perfect ceremony/dinner location rain or shine (which it is important to have a plan for rain, being in Seattle!) and the library is my favorite room in the whole hotel, so having cocktail hour in there (because of the recent rain) was beautiful! Mallory and her assistant even put ribbons on 140 chocolate boxes for us, something I did not expect her to do! She truly does care about each and every one of her clients, and I would without a doubt, recommend Mallory and The Woodmark as a wedding venue to everyone.

Our wedding at the Woodmark was a dream come true! The waterfront tent wedding space is tremendously romantic. The food is absolutely unbelievable. The salmon and steak melt in your mouth. The staff is fantastic. They are a well-organized team. Everyone is supportive, professional, and friendly. The views are unbelievable. There are so many great locations for photography. The honeymoon suite was so luxurious. Many of our guests said it was the best wedding they'd ever been to. The Woodmark is a beautiful place for an unforgettable wedding!

The elegant al fresco venue is outdone only by the impeccable staff & catering provided by The Woodmark. Mallory Knapp, our wedding coordinator, was superb & an absolute joy to work with. She was so responsive & helped us execute our perfect day. We could't have done it without her! The food, beverage & dinner service was top of the line and our guests still compliment the high-quality service. It was not a hard decision to make when we chose the Woodmark Hotel as our wedding venue. We instantly fell in love with the feel of the hotel as well as its location right on Lake Washington. Not only was the location exactly what we were looking for (and so much more) but the staff at the hotel were also great to work with from day one. Plus, we loved the idea of being able to have both our ceremony and reception in an elegant yet relaxed setting. Brooke Gogerty, was especially impressive to work with. Her communication was timely, and she really worked with us on what we wanted and our budget. She was incredibly accommodating for us to have as many walk thrus as we needed with our other vendors. The venue is gorgeous and the people we worked with were very nice and helpful. My only complaint is with the last couple of hours when we switched the bar to based on consumption. We had a small wedding of about 20 guests. They claimed our 5 guests left drinking liquor and mixed drinks had 51 cocktails/shots in 2 hours, which was absurd. We had no way to prove it wasn’t true so we just paid. Beware of doing a bar based on consumption with them.

We got married at the Woodmark and loved every minute of it. Meg, the coordinator, was super responsive, flexible and friendly and helped us through the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous; the view of the water, the ceremony and reception tent, the cocktail hour space and the ballroom were all so beautiful and our guests were wowed. There can't be a better venue for a beautiful sunset! The food and service was great as well, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding.
