My fiance and I are from Kirkland, WA. We were having trouble finding wedding bands that were (a) what we were looking for, and (b) affordable, as my fiance had a specific design in mind, and my wedding band needed to be custom-made to match the height of my custom-made engagement ring. I ended up finding With These Rings through a Buzzfeed video, and it was the perfect solution for us! Stephanie was very communicative, professional, informative, and responsive, and gave us all of the information we needed and answering our many questions about the process, what worked best for us, and pricing. We loved this unique experience with Stephanie! I found her via a Facebook video and couldn't believe she was just a short ferry ride away. Before and after booking, she answered all of my questions promptly and thoroughly. Her beautiful studio is located in scenic Port Townsend, a perfect starting point to a long weekend around the Olympic Peninsula. In person, she was kind and knowledgeable in her craft, guiding us through each step with the utmost patience. The experience of making each other's wedding bands was a great way to start our adventure, and it's worth every (very reasonably-priced) penny. We had the best experience with Stephanie making our own rings. I am not artistic at all and was so nervous - but it was much easier than I expected thanks to Stephanie's great teaching along the way. I did a google search for "cool wedding bands" and Stephanie's site came up amidst all the tungsten, dinosaur bone and meteoric iron offerings. I knew that this was the thing that I wanted, not just cool as the material but for the process itself. You get to make your own ring! For the rest of your life you can know that you and your mate made it yourselves. Stephanie was extremely knowledgeable, patient, pleasant, and skillful. I had an idea of what I wanted it to look like going in, but at one point in the process I just knew it was finished and stopped. It was indeed a process, going from an inert strip of gold into a living thing. A great experience, and highly recommended.

My husband and I made our wedding rings with Stephanie and we absolutely love them! Stephanie is a joy to work with, is supremely talented, and provides a truly personal, customer-oriented experience. My husband created his actual ring at the studio, while I carved mine out of wax (to cast the metal) to fit my engagement ring. My husband also had an engraving added, after the fact, before Stephanie sent our rings back to us. Stephanie's studio is located in Port Townsend, which is a super cute, Victorian town that is great for a romantic weekend getaway, just two hours from Seattle! We highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to have a truly unique, fun experience, to create a one of a kind item/heirloom.

Making our own rings was truly an unforgettable and unique experience. Stephanie made us feel at ease that she could teach us everything we need to know. To that end, Stephanie not only let us do almost everything ourselves, but often explained the actual science behind the various processes. My fiancé and I had such a fantastic time making our rings and we truly value them more because of the love and effort that went into them. We are very proud and extremely satisfied with the rings we created and we are eager to show them off to others. There is no better choice than making your own rings to express the love and meaning behind them, it is definitely worth it. We also had the opportunity to explore the adorable Port Townsend area after making our rings, which made the trip and the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

Wow, this was absolutely one of the BEST experiences of my life. We worked with Stephanie back in March to create our wedding rings. We both went into the workshop with some trepidation that we would completely mess up the rings, but Stephanie put us at ease immediately. She broke the process down into manageable and understandable parts. Though I had no experience in ring making, with Stephanie's guidance it was easy to follow instructions and get a good result! Our rings turned out perfectly. My ring was engraved with the outline of an important mountain range to us - this process was really easy as well. Stephanie works with a engraver that works by hand and the end result was absolutely stunning. Once our rings were ready, Stephanie came into the city to personally hand them to us! Making our rings with Stephanie was the best wedding activity we've done. I made a band to fit the contours of her engagement ring and she made a band that was able to incorporate gold from my parent's rings. Stephanie knew exactly how much help and guidance to give while still letting us do most of the work (carving, filing, shaping, polishing).
