I would like to start by saying the venue is a beautiful venue. However, we will not be choosing this place for our wedding. My sister recommended we check out the Westmount since she had a great experience. My fiancé and I have looked at a couple of other places before we came to the Westmount. The gentleman Bobby that helped us seemed very arrogant and did not want to be bothered with us. Not sure if it was him thinking we were young to not take us seriously, who knows. He kept saying how Westmount prices can and are lower because unlike the other venues like Venetian, Nanina, etc they do not have debt they owe; that they are charging clients. We take a walk around, again seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered and it was very awkward. Very different experience than what we’ve had at other venues. So we then sit down to talk pricing. Read moreo him how my sister 4yrs ago booked her wedding for a day very close to what we were looking at and it was over $25 cheaper per plate than what he was offering us. He mentions that if you book within 12 months it’s cheaper and that since we were booking about 18months out it is more money. Not sure how or why that is but sure. So then he says that he can go a little lower on the price but that was really it. Which is understandable. When I decided this will NOT be our venue is when Bobby says to us at the end of our appointment that if we want we should take a look at Il Villagio it is much cheaper but the place is nice and good food. I’m sorry but last I checked EVERYONE asks for a final price or negotiates. Whether you have a lot money or not. He should not just assume we can’t afford it. Side note we have a newborn baby that we brought with us to the appointment. Not sure if he thought with our “age” and us having a baby we couldn’t afford to have our wedding at their location. Or even possibly because we were dressed in regular clothes. I would also like to add that I hardly ever write reviews. I am writing this one because it really bothered me that he just assumed we couldn’t afford the place and informed us on a cheaper place. After this appointment we went back to one of the other places and booked our wedding. I told one of my friends my experience with Bobby and she said she had a very similar experience with him and she as well did not book with the Westmount. My sister worked with a woman (I believe her name was Stephanie-I could be wrong) when she booked her wedding and she had a great experience like I stated in the beginning. So if you do check out this place, ask for anyone but Bobby.

The service and professionalism of this venue is unmatched. We were married on 5/10/19 in the ballroom. We had about 50 guests text up the next morning ranting and raving about the venue, the grounds, the food the service. It was all incredible. We used several vendors that the Westmount allows to advertise in their program. All were incredible. The cocktail hour was some of the best food I have ever tasted. They even set up a VIP table for me and my wife to eat after all our post ceremony photos. Your money goes a lot further with this venue as well. What this venue gives you for the cost is very impressive as well. The bridal suite for the ballroom is massive which came in handy. This place must be on your list of venues to consider!

Ok long review but worth the read .. My fiancé & I planned a beautiful wedding for almost 2 years in the continental room for 7/17/20. With the covid pandemic things were up in the air until 3 weeks before when we were told we could have it as we planned & then when the governor in NJ dropped indoor dining we were left with no option but to postpone. That was until Anthony & the entire staff at Westmount CC revamped everything that they knew, a system in place for over 40 years to throw the most beautiful outdoor wedding ever, and their first! Anthony never gave up on us, and seriously bent over backwards to create a way to have our wedding in the safest way possible, while still making it so beautiful and elegant. THE BEST DAY EVER! We got married on November 7 at the Westmount and we couldn't have asked for a better day. Bobby and all of the staff helped to make our day flawless. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and wanted. We postponed our wedding three times and they made it seamless and stressless for us. The food, the ballroom, the grounds, the service, and the staff were 10/10. We wish we could get married there again. We had so much fun and it is definitely a night we will never forget. From the planning of our annual gala to the actual event, everything was perfect at the Westmount Country Club. An amazing team (thank you Bobby!!), a great price and a the most wonderful venue; no wonder they call this the One and Only Westmount Country Club. All of our attendees, donors and patrons, including our Board members, were literally amazed. We will be back!

I cannot rave enough about Bobby Golucci and the entire staff at the Westmount Country Club. My husband and I knew at our first meeting with Bobby, that we would be getting married at the Westmount! He was absolutely amazing from start to finish, always available to answer any questions that I may have had along the way. The food is truly spectacular and all of our guests are still talking about it. There were so many options for our guests to enjoy and with that entire splendor they certainly did not sacrifice the quality of the food. The seafood was fresh, the meat(s) were tender, and the seasonal specials we chose for our guests were mouthwatering. We had our ceremony on site and it went off without a hitch. The best decision we made was choosing The one and only Westmount Country Club as our venue. Bobby and his team went above and beyond to make Mark and I’s dream come true. The food, the drinks, and the atmosphere was phenomenal. Our night was perfect thanks to the way we and our guests were treated at The Westmount Country Club! We could have not been happier with our wedding at Westmount Country Club! From viewing the venue through to the end of the night, everything was perfect and well above and beyond our expectations. Fred was amazing to work with, making sure we had everything we wanted (White Claws?!) and more for our special day. Every single guest raved about the cocktail hour (numerous "The best cocktail hour I've EVER been to" comments) and the service/space overall. Everyone was blown away with the venue! We got very lucky with weather and we were able to get married outside, the grounds were absolutely beautiful for the ceremony as well as photos/video. The venue is truly amazing and I recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect night, with all of the right touches for a very fair price! I hope I get invited to wedding here so we can go back!!

The venue, the food, and the service is flawless. I can't say enough about Bobby and the team there. The moment we entered the One and Only Westmount every care is wiped away. My brother had his wedding here 10 years ago and 10/19/19 I had my wedding. I was impressed then and I'm beyond impressed today. I had a Professional Chef attend my wedding and he couldn't say enough about the food and service the next day. When we signed with the Westmount every detail is covered, they accommodate everything from seating, to speciality drinks, to even having someone tie up your bustle. Bobby makes sure you eat prior to your wedding, you are never without a drink near, and make sure you are happy. I can't say enough about the Westmount but speechless all at the same time.

My wife and I visited a few venues in Jersey, but The Westmount was the easy pick. Once we stepped inside, we already knew the search was over because it was perfect. Bobby was our go-to guy throughout the whole process. He was easy to get a hold of and figured out every problem we had almost immediately. This place really took away a lot of the stress that goes into planning the wedding. We got married in late September and the weather was perfect to do it outdoors. They set up all 200 of our guests in the courtyard and married us next to the fountain. The guests wouldn't stop talking about the cocktail hour. It was huge. Some even thought that the cocktail hour was the actual dinner. The food was great. My favorite part of this venue was the reception hall though. It was amazing. We had our wedding here this past Sunday and typically I am not the person to write reviews but this place Simply needs the recognition. Literally, From the moment I walked in, I said “it’s going to be here.” I wanted something that felt outside, with views and sunsets, but not subject people to actually being outside with weather issues. Westmount is exactly that, stunninnnnnng, with views sunsets and glamour. Now, planning the wedding can be so hard but literally every single EVERY single interaction with westmount and the person we worked with, Bobby, was simply perfection. They are soooo professional, responsive, and honestly cooperated with me on every one of my requests. The day of the wedding, you don’t see staff scrambling around, everything is done behind the scenes, not one person pulled me aside for anything but the minute I thought to check if something was done, it was, and PERFECTLY. Run away.. Bobby g sold our date right before we were scheduled to come out there and hand our deposit and sign the contract. His word has no value. I understand it’s a business but we were driving an hour to book this. Than after speaking to a few people we find out he sends u to 2 florists which he & his family OWN. How money hungry can u be!!! If there’s a day and evening wedding I was told he uses the same flowers so your paying thousands for fresh arrangements when they were previously used.. terrible this family owned business is.. things happen for a reason so glad we got a better venue & deal.. these ppl lack professionalism & see nothing wrong in taking advantage of people.
