  • Everyone at West Coast was so wonderful to work with! They took the time to learn my style and what we envisioned for our wedding. They had a huge selection and were able to provide us with all our rental needs. They showed up the day of the wedding on time and got everything setup in a timely manner. You could tell they really cared about our needs and everything looked beautiful the day of the wedding!

  • While the end result was beautiful, these guys were unorganized, slow to respond and had too many cooks in the kitchen. The point of contact changed regularly and it was clear they were not keeping the entire team in the loop, often coming back to me with questions they should have known the answers to or referred to the contract for. I found them stressful and frustrating to work with throughout the wedding planning process however the lighting they set up was beautiful and we were very happy with how it all looked.

  • I used WCEP for my wedding ceremony décor, reception décor and non-personal flowers. They did an amazing job! From the drapery, to the center pieces, to the archway and attached flowers...everything looked great! I really appreciate that they spray paint a lot of their items to make sure they are the color you want and looking fresh. I highly recommend WCEP as they have an amazing array of products (literally a warehouse full that they let us walk through to find our pieces) that will suite any style and they take care of everything from start to finish.

  • WCEP has an amazing team! They really know their stuff. We had a large drape order and they executed our vision flawlessly. We're talking a seven hour drape set- now that's dedication! Drew takes pride in what he does and it shows. Drape will transform your venue. I can't tell you the amount of comments we got from guests saying how it was the most amazing wedding they had been to and this was partly because of the drape work that WCEP did for us. It just had the "WOW" factor which is exactly what we were looking for! Thank you Drew and team! ~S+D

  • We rented some furniture and wedding decorations from WCEP. WCEP worked together with our caterer to make sure everything is set up the way we want it. We loved the atmosphere the rented items have created. We also had WCEP do our ceiling treatment above the dance floor and that definitely exceeded my expectations! Very pleased!

  • I had my wedding in my mother's backyard in Tumalo (outside of Bend). We used West Coast Event Productions Bend office for all of our rentals. I worked with Kezia and Lynne, both extremely organized, professional and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I may have had. The set up day was easy and the crew were fun and enjoyable to work with. Everything looked beautiful from the the tent, to the tables, to the lighting, to the dance floor, to the ceremony chuppah. I would highly recommend working with them to make sure your wedding runs smooth and looks beautiful.

  • West Coast Events was fantastic to work with. We had the privilege to be paired with Pat and Sara, and they are class acts. So professional, and they were so very patient with us through all our different ideas. What we ultimately came up with was beautiful! The pipe/drape, and linens made it look like our own winter wonderland. They are pro's in this business. They have a wonderful vision and execute flawlessly!

  • West Coast Event Productions did everything I wanted them too, but costs much more than the quality of their rentals. For example, the lanterns we rented from them were very expensive, so I thought they would be of better quality. Not the case. In addition, the lady I was working with was very unresponsive to emails and I had to ask for updated contracts constantly when I added a rental item.

  • I am glad i appointed this company to handle my daughter's wedding event in great lenght. the coordinater chelsea Holman in perticular took on the resposibility in very timely manner and worked very hard with her team members to make this event "THE EVENT" of the year for the entire Indian community. The entire wedding lasted for four days with nothing but possitive feed back from attendees till today.

  • I gave a vague description of my vision for my wedding (lots of candles and shimmer) and Chelsea took it and ran with it! Her first estimate was everything I could have dreamed of but not in my budget. She was super easy with helping me cut where I could and didn't even flinch when I told her I would be bringing in my own candles to save money. Her creative mind, supportive, fun nature and attention to detail helped us to create absolute stunning beauty on our wedding night.

  • Unfortunately, West Coast is the only vendor that we worked with for our wedding that I would not recommend to future brides and grooms. The plus side is, they have some pretty amazing things in their warehouse. The cake stand that we got from them was AMAZING. However, the quality of service that we received from them was sub-par. We sent up an initial meeting to select linens, chairs, etc., and I made it clear over the phone that we were using them because they had specific chairs I was interested in. Imagine my surprise when, three days after the meeting, they called me to tell me that the chairs weren't available but offered me a small discount on other chairs that totally clashed with the decor they had just helped me pick out. Um, no. From that point forward, I felt like they just thought I was a pain, and weren't all that willing to help me. It took over a week for them to respond to my emails on a few occasions.
