  • I ordered a album cover restoration - they credited the credit card - never responded/sent the instructional email and their contact system fails to accept contacting. Terrible communications system without real phone numbers - call all known including BBB and 800 on Wedding wire and all invalid.

  • Ordered the silk petals on 4/25 and it is 5/12 and have yet to receive the item. I sent 2 messages regarding tracking info and shipping confirmation. Haven't heard from them its been a week since I wrote the first message. Worst customer service!!!

  • I placed my order on 4/29/2017 it said it took 12-14 days for production and I should receive my order on time. I have checked the status every week counted the days which is now 23 business days in production, I have e-mailed the on Monday the 22,2017 with no response then again on Sunday the 29, 2017 not expecting anyone to receive it until the 30th. I check my junk and my inbox mail. Which by the way I get the deal emails and new item mails. However no response to my inquiry of my order. I am getting married the 17th,of June 2017 and needed to have the moonlight lighted cake topper to the baker by the 2cnd to the 5th of June . Looks like I will be buying a different topper from a local store instead of this one that went with the theme of the cake. I will not recommend this company to anyone ever.   • Weddingdepot.com as well as weddingalbumndepot.com and their affiliates are a TOTAL SHAM. Do NOT purchase anything from them unless you want to lose your money. I ordered an almost $200 wedding album from the company with an estimate of an 8 weeks delivery. After months of waiting the album never arrived. After trying to contact their customer service through emails and letters I have still received no response. The website does not include any type of phone number and after tracking down the Tennessee company through our credit card statement, the "company number" was not valid. STAY AWAY!!

  • I ordered the same two tussy mussies with stands for my mother and mother-in-law to be for our wedding. One of the tussy mussies was way bigger than the other one and will NOT even fit down in the stand well. We are giving these to our mothers at our rehearsal dinner and to be honest I'm embarrassed. Because they were engraved I'm sure no one at this company will make this order right. NOT HAPPY with Wedding Depot at all.

  • I bought my unity candle vase from them. It showed up packaged great. However, it was broke and there was a flaw in the glass. I coated them the same day (3/2/16) it arrived via email, since there is no phone number for customer service. The website says 1-2 days typical response time I still have no heard back. I sent a second email (3/7/16) direct from correspondence I received from them, still no response. I have checked my spam folder as well as my regular inbox to make sure I haven't missed a reply. I am extremely frustrated because I feel like my money was just wasted. I am either going to have to spend more money on a new unity candle somewhere else or try to figure out how to fix this one. It is very disappointing.

  • The Wedding Depot is a great company. My order did not have an item available and she sent a link to review other items that I may want to substitute. It was great. It only took me a few seconds and I chose a different item and added to my order. Can't wait for my order to come in.....I will be ordering my Unity candle soon.....

  • Among other items, I ordered three pink hankies. They emailed me about a week after my order was placed to tell me that their inventory was wrong, and that they only had 2 of the pink hankies. They were willing to swap it out for another one for me at no additional cost, but she never got back to me to tell me that, I had to wait for them to email me my invoice when it shipped - which was 3 weeks after my order was placed. I hope my items come in time for my wedding!

  • I accidentally ordered tow of a thing I only need to get of. There was no way to contact Wedding Depot except by e-mail or by leaving a phone message. They never responded to my anxious e-mail and sent out the order before it could be changed. They should have a better system of contacting them. Things can and do go wrong.

It actually shipped ahead of schedule in just 9 business days plus the transit time required by the shipping service you selected. We post these times in hopes visitors will read the information and compare it to their need-by date and to remove any surprises.   • I purchased 4 x Tussy Mussy's for my wedding. They are just beautiful couldn't be more happy. The pictures represented the product accurately. They where well packed. Arrived faster then expected considering they where shipped to Australia.
