I can't say enough good things about Vivid! We planned to use Vivid Events bistro lighting for our planned 150 person reception, however, thanks to Covid-19 our plans completely changed. Brian was so flexible during this time! We had to change the date to a day earlier and on top of that he traveled an additional hour and was able to string lights outside (rather than inside). The lights added such a special touch to our day! The restaurant where we held our wedding got so many compliments from the public on the lighting that the restaurant owner wanted to buy them off of Brian to keep them up for future use! We truly appreciate everything Vivid Events did for us, especially during this time, and we can't praise them enough!

Vivid Events was great! They were our DJ and did the lighting for our wedding in August 2019. They were very easy to work with and accommodated ALL of our requests! The lighting and lanterns were exactly what we had envisioned. Chris was an awesome DJ who did everything to make the day exactly what we wanted. We can't say enough wonderful things and highly recommend Vivid Events.

We worked with Brian and his team on a recent wedding and everything was seamless and easy! He was completely knowledgeable in what we were looking to do and offered advice and solutions to make our vision work in the space. Vivid events was very professional and helpful the day of our wedding. Brian made sure to ask us of any changes before introductions and played the types of music that we had requested for that day. They also made sure to play songs our guests requested and made it such a fun environment ! Our guests were overall so happy!

Vivid provided the final touches we needed to make our ambiance relaxed, inviting, yet really fun! We used rustic string lights from the rafters and had the giant mirror photobooth! They were a great touch that our guest really enjoyed! The attendant, Cody, was great with our guests all night and made sure our guest book was full. Brian, our main contact, was very accommodating throughout and did beautiful work with the set up! They even helped us last minute get a sound system for the ceremony and the musicians for the ceremony. Great energy during the whole process!

Planning our wedding from Florida, I was nervous about picking our vendors for our big day! Vivid ended up being the perfect choice because they were able to coordinate our videographer, photobooth and DJ all in one! We were on the fence about hiring a videographer but Vivid provided a reasonable and fair quote for the services so we decided to add it on. Nicole was excellent and delivered a great highlight film! She arrived at the church and quickly mic’d up my husband - I didn’t notice he was mic’d until she came to take it off! She captured so many moments that I didn’t even realize she was around for. The highlight film capture the day perfectly from beginning to end! The photobooth provided quality prints (I upgraded to 4x6), wish I had more time to enjoy the booth. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again!

We hired Vivid for our wedding on August 24th 2019 at The Inn at Longshore for both lighting and their photo booth. They did a great job with the lighting and everyone had a blast at the photo booth with all the fun props that came along with it.

My fiance, Samson, and I got married at Troutbeck in Amenia, New York in June and used Brian and the Vivid Events Team for stages (band + chuppah), ballroom lighting (uplighting, band lighting, dance floor lighting), welcome dinner lighting (bistro styled) and ceremony/welcome dinner sound. Every aspect was PERFECT! Admittedly, I wasn't the easiest to work with (I changed my mind a few times :)) and Brian could not have been sweeter - he even met me for a walk through! if you are looking for any of the services Brian and his team offer, look no further - his service, prices and attitude are hard to beat!!!! Highly recommend!

We had Chris from Vivid Events as our DJ for our wedding two weeks ago and he was the best! Brian, Chris, and everyone at Vivid Events was great at answering questions and communicating. Chris really took the time to talk on the phone multiple times before the wedding to make sure he knew what we wanted and our vibe. He did a great job flowing songs at the ceremony and reception intros and did an awesome job getting everyone on the dance floor! Couldn’t recommend Vivid Events enough!!

We were recommended to Brian by a friend of ours who was also planning a wedding. We had already met a few DJs but immediately after our first meeting, we were sold. He was extremely thorough and allowed us to really customize what we wanted for the day of. The cocktail hour and reception went like clockwork and we had a blast. Would definitely recommend his services!

Vivid Events delivered, and more. Brian, Mike, and the team did so wonderfully and made everything an absolute breeze. The ambiance was perfect, the music was on point, and Mike took our requests and ran with them to create the perfect mood for our most-important day. Communication was constant and preparation was extremely thorough and well-thought out. Not to mention the lighting they rigged, or the very appropriate–and fairly inexpensive–price point. The wedding would not have been the same without Vivid, and we can't thank them enough. Look no further!

We couldn’t recommend Vivid Events more! Brian and his team made our wedding day the best ever. They provided us with both videography and dj services. He helped us through all the different steps in the process and was very patient with our indecisiveness lol. We let him have free reign for music choices and he didn’t disappoint. Our guests had the best time dancing and the dance floor was over flowing all night long. Our wedding video is more than I could have ever hoped for and something we will cherish forever. We also had the photobooth and our guests had so much fun taking pictures and we had so much fun looking at all the goofy pics after the fact. I highly recommended Vivid Events for your next event.

Words cannot describe how incredible it was to work with Brian and his team. He listened to every suggestion I had to ensure that my vision of my wedding day came to life. Brian sent me photos of lighting they had previously done at my venue and explained to me how he would make the changes I wanted so that the ceremony and reception room would look exactly as I envisioned. They flawlessly created a canopy of string lights over the entire space and it took our breath away as soon as we entered the room. It created a romantic and intimate ambiance that I had dreamed of for the venue. There was a snowstorm the day of the wedding, so they made sure to set up our lighting the night before this way there was no chance of anything going wrong the day of. Brian was absolutely amazing! Our wedding day was the first time him and I had actually met due to me living out of state prior to the wedding and he exceeded all my expectations!! Our dance floor was packed the entire night and he really listening to our music preferences and made sure all our favorite songs were played! I would highly recommend Vivid Events to anyone!
