  • Somehow had availability 4 days before wedding! Charged me $173 for a one way trip for 10 people! Was told it would be a transport van but after the wedding we walked out of the church to a very nice SUV stretch limo!! Awesome service & Chuck is super great to deal with! 10/10 recommend.

  • VIP limo did a great job for us at our wedding. They arrived early and were very professional. There were some hiccups with the vehicle we chose, but they upgraded us no charge to ensure our wedding departure went smoothly. Thank you!

  • They were just ok. Didn't like dealing with the owner on logistics as I thought he was less than polite but day of the limo driver was fine and everything went well.

  • The limo service we received was fantastic. The driver even offered to get me a coffee while having my hair done since we didn't have time to stop on the way. She was on time, professional, friendly, and took care of every detail she could. Highly recommend!

Limo sent on our wedding day was the wrong color, very dirty and smelly inside, and has paper towels shoved in the air vents to try to mitigate the fact that the heaters don't work and the blasting cold air can't be turned off (it was December and cold out). Driver had no idea where he's going and almost takes all of our heads off by taking a set fo railroad tracks way too fast. Customer service was sub par. I would highly not recommend this vendor.

    I, Charles Cotton, owner, took this booking, for my client's wedding, and he wanted the limo from 2:15-3:45pm and I charged him accordingly for 1 &1/2 hr. The very experienced chauffeur of many years had another booking shortly thereafter and informed them he could not go any longer. The lady complained vigorously and claimed he had paid for 2 1/2 hrs which was in error. The chauffeur called me as to the problem so I quickly made arrangments for another limo to fulfill the other booking and provided the additional service and charge for the extra hour. This lady does not want to pay for the extra hour. Her dissatifaction has propelled other unwarranted complaints such as her libelous remarks of my company being a dishonest company. We have been in business 22 years, provided transportation services to over 8000 weddings state wide, have an A+ BBB rating, and over 40,000 customer base throughout the state. I personally guarantee satisfaction for all customers but at the same time, our customers pay for the time and services we render. I find this complaint unwarranted.
