  • All I can say is WOW....This venue went out of their way to make everything perfect and set the tables up exactly as I requested. They placed all of our rented linens for free, provided wedding coordination service for such a LOW price. They were better than the day of coordinator that I hired and much cheaper. The event manager really went above and beyond as well. They even packed portions of the dinner and wedding cake in beautifully decorated boxes with flowers and placed champagne and food in our room so that it was there when we arrived. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue. Every guest commented on how perfect the venue was and gorgeous the lake was. The provide free use of their vases, tea lights, mirrors, tables and plain white linens if you choose not to rent your own. chairs, silverware, dishes, glassware, decorated cake stands all included.   • I was able to plan my perfect beautiful wedding in only 2 months because of Vintage Villas and Lauren! She helped us with the planning (to say the least) and gave wonderful advise on the other vendors that we used. She knew all the right people that had exactly what I was looking for. My day was flawless and I owe it all to Vintage Villas and Lauren! The location was beautiful and if you're looking for somewhere overlooking Lake Travis; this is the place!!

  • We had a wonderful experience with Vintage Villas. As soon as we saw the arbor overlooking the lake and the nice event center (which would even be nice if we had needed the rain plan), we were sold. Our coordinator was Lisa, and she always answered questions promptly by e-mail and was always willing to meet in person. She also dealt with all the vendor deliveries (huge load off my mind) and made sure all the tables (reception, sand ceremony, gifts, guestbook, etc.), linens, centerpieces, etc. -- which the venue also provides -- were set up exactly like we had talked about. And the food was wonderful -- we made sure to give ourselves time to enjoy the meal before visiting with guests and they also made sure to box up cake and leftovers for both of us and put them in our room. The catering staff was attentive -- we had a waiter just for our table at the reception -- and the bar setup was good.   • Two words come to mind when I think of Roxanne, my event coordinator and catering coordinator: Hard-working and wonderful. My husband and I had a pretty tight budget to work within and Roxanne did everything she could to make my wishes come true. She had great suggestions and seemed to always be a step ahead of me! The day of she was cheerful, pleasant, and always had a smile on her face. She kept me cool, calm, and collected. And the food!! Oh My Gosh! The food was AMAZING!! Such wonderful, professional service. Easily a must!

  • My start with Vintage Villas as our caterer was rocky; everyone I dealt with was very friendly and responded to all of my emails quickly, but the company seemed to have a lot of changes going on. We began with one coordinator, who then passed us to another, who then was "moving on," so we were passed on to Roxanne. Despite this, our experience with Vintage Villas Catering To You couldn't be any better! Roxanne was excellent; she knew exactly what to do, who to call, and how to do all of it. I had no idea how to plan a wedding and thought I wanted a simple, small wedding. But it turned out there were a lot of things that I hadn't thought of, and Roxanne made sure that it was all taken care of.   • They were excellent, even when it rained and couldn't go ahead with the ceremony outside, the indoor alternative was beautiful. The service and attention we received was excellent, when my lilies wouldn't open someone went and bought more, they made our day perfect. Ask for Lisa Pritchett, she is the best.

  • This place was beautiful. They were really helpful and made most of our wishes come true. The setting is really what you pay for and you can't get the backdrop that we got in Dallas (which is where we were considering at one point). The perfect venue for us!

  • This is a beautiful venue. The rental of the venue comes with a wedding planner who is incredibly helpful. She oversees the ceremony, the timeline, totally helps out in anyway you can imagine. The catering is semi-costly, but much more convenient than having to coordinate yet another element of a wedding. The only complain is the hotel room that comes with it was not as nice as I expected... no chocolate covered strawberries or anything nice like that. The towels were a joke. Haha. But overall, a great experience. Beautiful sunset, makes for great pictures... be careful with timing of service because I think half my guests were blinded by the sun.

We produce the cuisine right here on property from our creative chef in his immaculately kept kitchen. We eliminate your concerns about the meal arriving late due to unforeseen circumstance and the quality of cooked food arriving from a distant kitchen location. We welcome chef involvement and kitchen tours. At the hotel, we have upgraded our services and now offer romance specials that can be viewed on our website.   • We were really happy with Vintage Villas. Our Wedding Coordinator (every couple is assigned a personal coordinator) was awesome. She was always there to answer any and every question through all the planning. The day went really smoothly as well. Our Coordinator actually personally helped decorate, even though it wasn't in her job description. The staff really goes out of their way to make your day special. And the views of Lake Travis are absolutely beautiful! The food was really good too, and they personalized the menu for people with specific food preferences (like allergies). These are the only nit picky concerns I had: -They seem to be cheaper compared to other venues in the area, but check the amount of hours you are getting! It's a lot extra for another hour - and pay attention to set up time. They require that you pay for at least a half hour of set up time (which I wasn't aware of until after I paid).     Thank you very much for your evaluation and for your comments on the extras provided by the staff, coordinator and chef. We prepare all of our food on property in our immaculately kept kitchen. Even the veal stock is laboriously created on site by our Chef. We can easily adapt to custom menus and individual preferences at your wedding. We work with hundreds of vendors in Austin and they know Vintage Villas as being very organized and detail driven. They appreciate this level of professionalism. If you need extra time, please ask your wedding coordinator. We are VERY flexible with setup time as long as it does not interferer with another event. At the end of the evening we place all logo items or favors on the gift table or sign-in table. We also suggest a contact person that is other than the bride and the groom to whom we may offer any items left or collected by our staff. These items are usually walked to the contact person car or guest room. We also have a lost and found that we keep at the front desk.   • Planning up until the wedding day was smooth and they were very responsive. However, the main coordinator that I was working with had a prior engagement that she informed me of one month before the wedding and introduced me to another planner. We were taken aback by this news and wished she had informed us earlier because the wedding planner that was appointed to us later on did not respond actively during the day. Their prices are really good, they're very flexible in layout planning and provide great catering menu. The downside mainly happened ON THE DAY. The coordinator had us go to a wedding rehearsal the day before and it was one hour before another wedding was about to happen, so we felt really bad for the bride of that friday night wedding. On saturday morning, all the tables, extra chairs, etc that we had informed the coordinator of was not there as we had expected, but my family friends helped set things up.
