Our wedding was perfect. Lance and the staff at Trumpets were all wonderful and went above and beyond my expectations. I received so many compliments about the food and the venue from my guests. I can’t compliment them enough.

My parents 50th Wedding Anniversary was perfect! Lance and his staff are amazing and so easy and pleasant to work with. HIGHLY recommend - amazing staff, food, location. Every detail was perfect! Many of our guests contacted us the following day to tell us how perfect it was!

Lance is extremely easy to work with. Their attention to detail is amazing and always made us feel like we were royalty. Everyone was so patient with the ceremony and the rain. The waitstaff was terrific and always so attentive. I also can’t say enough about the food – everything was excellent from the appetizers to the cake. It truly was a perfect day.

We could not of been happier with our experience using Trumpets at the Gate for our wedding venue! We were so impressed by the professionalism, kindness and attention to detail. Lance and D’Anne made themselves available for any questions that we had and the entire experience felt very personal. The venue created an amazing blend of intimate and elegant and the views of the bay as the sun went down were amazing to see and also for taking photographs. Our guests couldn’t have been happier and we continue to receive emails and phone calls from them about how wonderful the venue was. The food was delicious and they even brought a plate up to the bridal suite after the cocktail hour so that we wouldn’t miss out :) What an unforgettable night!

Trumpets is an absolutely lovely venue. Amazing waterfront elegant property, with staff that are experienced, considerate professionals. The best part .... the food! Catering food is usually just, eh. Not at Trumpets! The food was better than some of the finest restaurants. Perfectly presented, HOT and delicious. Thank you Trumpets!

Lance and his team were amazing start to finish. Extremely professional, quick response time, genuinely nice, caring people who want to make your special day or party memorable and perfect. There were no hiccups, delays or mistakes. We got married a year ago tomorrow and until this day our guests still rave about how it was the “best wedding” they have ever been to and they truly mean it! The food is to die for and not your typical catered food which is why we chose this venue for our wedding. They pride on the food tasting perfect for everyone and the reason behind their small occupancy limit. I recommend everyone to try their food at Trumpets on the Bay next door to experience their 5 star food since if the view and atmosphere don’t make you decide to have your event here then the food definitely will!! We were their tonight for our anniversary dinner and yet again; treated like gold! We cannot Walt to go back and hopefully will have another event here in the near future!

We had our wedding at Trumpets last weekend and it was absolutely amazing! The location, the food, the staff were all fantastic. We worked with Lance throughout and he was so accommodating and easy to work with. The weather for our wedding turned out to be perfect, so this setting with our ceremony and cocktail hour on the deck was unbelievable. Lots of our guests have told us it was the best wedding they've ever been to, and people raved about the food - the filet mignon and wedding cake in particular. The drinks selection included was brilliant. We couldn't have asked for a better venue, Trumpets will not disappoint!

Book it!! The venue is beautiful and the food delicious!! The staff was friendly, kind, helpful and accommodating!!! Our guests kept telling us how delicious the food was, how great the staff was and that they enjoyed themselves very much!!

You Must see Trumpets at the Gate first! Truly amazing! From our first meeting with Lance he made us feel very comfortable. Lance and his staff were extremely nice and very professional. The setting is absolutely gorgeous- inside classy elegant, outside rustic elegance! The food and Presentation is top notch! Our Wedding was so perfect ! The flow of the night was seamless! Lance and his staff were very accommodating as from beginning to end he listened to our wants and needs which made our Wedding the Best Day Ever! Our Friends and Family have been to many Weddings and they could not stop talking about how wonderful the setting, food and device was! Truly a hidden Gem!!!!!!!

We had a wonderful time at our wedding and so much has to do with Lance, his amazing and friendly staff, and the beautiful venue at Trumpets at the Gate! All of our friends and family raved about the service provided - they never had to wait for a drink and the staff always had a smile on their face. What an incredible experience! This family owned business delivered an incredible evening for myself and my wife, as well as our guests. We originally chose Trumpets for its incredibly high quality food and amazing location but as the wedding night rolled on, we truly understood the value that the Trumpet's Team brings...they care. Trust the Trumpets personnel and you'll have an exceptional event! The large windows and view of the water are stunning, the food was plentiful, delicious and very nicely displayed. The bar easily handled special requests and the entire staff made perfect transitions between reception, dinner and after dinner food. We recommend Trumpets highly and will return for future events!

Overall we had a wonderful wedding day. I do wish that the maitre'd had a little more experience as it would have made my time go a bit smoother from ceremony to reception, and the food took longer than was to be expected. But almost every guest has said the food was amazing, the views were unbelievable and the venue is maintained brilliantly. Trumpets allowed us to have a Hamptons-esque wedding with less than 100 people.
