Lauren I am deeply saddened that COVID19 has affected your wedding and so many others. These are trying times for individuals and small businesses alike. When we spoke I explained that my own son’s wedding was the date you had inquired about. Because it was a personal event it was not in our client management system so yes I had in error communicated it was available. As you stated on the phone and in your own review the date in question was the only date they worked for you. So even if the error had not occurred the out come would have been the same. We are working hard with every couple to make rescheduling weddings as stress free as possible. Had you had more flexibility in selecting a new date I know we could have made it happen.
