We were beyond pleased with the quality of the rental equipment and customer service of Triad Event Rentals. After careful consideration of many event rental companies in the area, this one offered, by far, the best quality at the best price. Mark Venable, the owner, was so easy to work with and very flexible to our needs and requests. He made it so that there was one less thing we needed to worry about on our wedding day! We would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of rental services.

Mark Venable, the owner, was prompt with all his replies to our questions. When they came to set up the tent, tables, chairs and stage everything was done quickly and efficiently. Mark even suggested turbo fans in each corner of the tent to provide a breeze in case it was really warm. The rates were more reasonable than other vendors.

We rented tables, chairs, linens and a large tent for an outdoor wedding. We had several changes and Mark was always prompt in responding to our requests. I am very impressed with this company because it was raining very hard the day that the tent was to be set up and the crew showed up right on time and put that tent up! I really expected them to delay the set up but they arrived just as scheduled. They were professional, friendly and their prices are very reasonable. I would definitely hire them again!

Mark was very easy to work with and quick to respond to our questions. We planned an outdoor late November wedding (crazy). He suggested side walls and a heater for the tent, which I cannot imagine not having. The heater kept the tent warm even with an opening on each end of the tent!

We chose Triad Event Rentals because we needed some high chairs for our wedding reception and they offered the nice wooden ones that you see in restaurants (we saw some other rental places that had much more casual ones). Mark was very easy to work with - always quick to respond and very professional. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!
