  • I have to give thanks and kudos to Things Festive. I ordered save the dates, invitations, favors, napkins and table number holders. The help that I got in coordinating the theme/colors of everything was phenomenal. Lisa was a gem and patiently walked me through the selection and ordering process (if managers will read this, she deserves a huge raise :) After the order was submitted, I needed to change some information on the invitation and they were so patient in helping me to do this. I had to wait a little longer to receive my order due to heavy winter storms in their area but when my order arrived, I was so happy because everything looked great! I would gladly recommend Things Festive to everyone. I received a 20% discount on everything in my order but would have been happy paying full price. I am a customer for life and will keep them in mind whenever I need décor and invites for special events. Thanks again, Things Festive for making my planning an enjoyable experience.

  • DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! I placed my order for 2 sets of sheperd hooks on October 3rd. On October 5th, they took the money out of my account. But I never received a shipping confirmation and most places only take the money out of your account once the item has shipped. I emailed them in November asking why I never got a shipping confirmation and they responded with "we've received alot of orders and we are backed up". They said that they ship out items according to your wedding date, which mine was February and I told them. I emailed them again in January as my wedding date was just around the corner and they have yet to email me back! It is now February and I've been emailing them all month long of January demanding a refund and I've never heard back from them! Horrible customer service!!!   • TERRIBLE Experience with Things Festive - I placed my order in June for my wedding favours so that I would have plenty of time to receive them for my September 26 wedding. Three weeks before the date, and after numerous conversations with a customer service representative ( By e-mail only since they do not respond to phone calls ) I had still not received shipping confirmation. I had to cancel the order and find new favours because I did not trust that the order would make it through customs and into Canada in time for me to personalize them for my wedding. I cancelled the order and have been waiting almost three months for my refund, which was promised to be returned to my credit card within 5 business days. I am extremely disappointed and am going to have to file a claim with my credit card company if I ever want to see my money again because Things Festive has not provided a resolution.

  • Please please please do not order anything from this company. I am convinced that just about all of the positive reviews out there are fake. I ordered wedding favors and three weeks prior to my wedding, I emailed the company asking when my order was going to ship since I hadn't heard anything from them. After over a week of back and fourth emails, I finally learned that they would not be able to accommodate my order in time for my wedding and then had to figure out what I was going to do for wedding favors. Email is the only way of reaching them and they are slow to respond and do not give helpful responses - for example, when I emailed inquiring when my order was going to ship they responded next day with "have you received confirmation from our shipping department..." uhh, no that's why I am emailing you asking!   • Their customer service takes on average 2 business days to respond which makes communication slow and they have no telephone number. And they usually didn't answer my questions clearly which meant additional days of waiting for responses. A couple weeks after I had placed the order, they were unable to tell me when my product would ship. Due to the uncertainty of the shipment I cancelled the order. It took me almost 3 months of me consistently reaching out to them to finally get a refund on my order. If you're okay with inconsistency and uncertainty then by all means go for it. But if you have issues with your order, good luck on going through the trials of getting a refund or dealing with customer service.

    We are always upfront with customers and provide all pertinent information on our web site and via customer contact. All information regarding our customer support method and any issues regarding orders be it backorders, etc. are all posted on our web site. As shared with customers, we did experience an inordinate number of orders as well as the addition of new services. This did cause some delays this past season but we did notify customers of any issues that could be expected.

  • I placed an order for custom flasks in June, yet in September I'm now looking for replacement gifts. This company does not base your order on when you place it, but based on the event date which makes your items arrive last minute. I confirmed my event date twice which they still failed to meet and now I'm looking for a replacement 5 days before my event. I feel this is an extremely poor business practice that wasted two months I could have ordered something else.

    On our web site, we do indicate that items may become unavailable unexpectedly which was the case with this customer's order. When it was noticed that the item wouldn't return to stock in time for the customer's event, one of our Customer Service team members tried to move Heaven and Earth to get replacement favors to him in time for his event, creating a detailed document to help him with selection, willing to substitute items of greater value. He was promised that the shipment would arrive in time for his event and that a tracking number would be provided expediently so he could feel at ease that they were on the way. He refused and a refund was issued to him.

  • It was great to find products in one place but some of the items seem a bit pricey. So I did not purchase as much as I would have if the price was lowered a bit. Overall experience was great.
