  • I ordered the wine box from theweddingoutlet.com website. It stated on the listing that the delivery will be by July 5 the latest if shipped with regular mail. I placed the order on June 28th and paid $35 for rushed 2 days delivery. Today is July 5th and I still didn't receive my package. I checked the status of my order and it says it is still not shipped. There is no any indication on the listing that it will be shipped later or I need to give them some time for processing. Only that it will be delivered no later than 5th if shipped with regular mail. My wedding is on July 7th (a day after tomorrow). We are having a beautiful wedding ceremony with wine box. We are having this wedding filmed and also transmitted over internet so a lot of people who can't attend can see it live. Now I am devastated.   • I ordered 16 coolers for groomsmen gifts and they sent 1 with the wrong color scheme but wouldn’t correct the order because the order was over 14 days old. Wedding time is busy and if I paid for a cooler it should be made as ordered or at least corrected.

  • This is one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. After taking 3 weeks to ship the items I ordered, they added items to my order and billed me for them, and sent tarnished, scratched silver for the cake cutting utensils I ordered. When I tried to reach out to them several times, there has been no response. Their customer service number is all but useless, as it says they don't employ customer service to answer calls, and they don't respond to emails or online requests. This company is a total FRAUD! Don't waste your time or money here.

  • The team at wedding outlet are extremely focused on ensuring that a bride and groom are always happy and satisfied. They went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and we are truly pleased. Will definitely recommend the wedding outlet and we will continue to be customers (even after the wedding!). They have some pretty cool and affordable items!

  • I ordered the initial necklaces for 3 ladies in my wedding party. When I got them I was so disappointed because I thought they forgot to put the initials on them. When I looked hard like extremely hard I was able to see the initials very lightly. I asked to return them because what's the point if I can't read them and if I can't the ladies can't. For $22.50 plus tax I should be able to read what I paid for. They said because they were personalized they couldn't be returned..really!!!! They could have least offered to engrave them so that they were readable not just oh well your out of luck. I wouldn't recommend.

  • I ordered a 3 ring binder wedding book for my daughter. We were looking for a book to put engagement photo, showers and a guest book all in one book. I also ordered the extra pages. The material on the front is not padded at all, but still looks nice. I could overlook that . The honeymoon page was on the front side of the new home page so only had 3/4 a page to write or place a picture The extra pages I ordered will not fit into the small rings of the binder as it is filled already. Adding anymore pages makes them impossible to turn . We kept the book as couldn’t find many but was very disappointed for the$75 I paid so she could have a nice wedding book. Don’t list refill pages for the book if they can’t fit in.

  • Do not order from this company!!! I ordered five bridesmaid robes (which I love the robes themselves!) but the costumer service was awful and ruined my opinion of them. I needed to exchange a size but they do NOT offer exchanges. When I ordered my robes, I used a promo code to get 15% off and received free shipping because my total was over $199. I returned the robe (had to pay to ship it back!) that was too small and received a refund of about $39. However, when purchasing the new size, I could not get free shipping because my total was less than $199. The company was unwilling to honor the first price I paid the first time and I had to pay about $20 more the second time ordering the robe. Only order from them if you’re positive you won’t need to make an exchange or return anything because they don’t care!

  • As soon as I got engaged, I started looking at all sorts of online wedding suppliers. I got my guestbook, personalized robes for the wedding party, personalized ring box and cake server set. All of which I ordered well in advance, because I plan ahead. The processing time for personalized items takes a bit, but just order at least a month out and you're all set. I keep checking back to see if they get new stuff. I have a few items bookmarked in my browser and if I get a high enough total for one of the awesome discounts they offer almost all the time, I put them in the cart and I'm good to go. I've had at least two different orders from this site and probably going for a third soon. I've never had a problem and I've been very impressed by the quality so far. Love this site.
