From the moment we booked our wedding to the day of the wedding we were well cared for. Hank & Kara are the perfect hosts and are very hands on. We looked at other venues and none could even come close to what is offered here from the beautiful barn and pavilion, the grounds and the cabin that is on site. Hank and Kara ensure that you and all of your guests are made to feel welcome and feel like family. Every detail is taken care of and the final result is just spectacular. I wouldn't look anywhere else to hold your special day!

My husband and i chose this venue because of how amazing everything was from the view, the barn, the space literally everything. Kara and hank always made sure we were taken care of. My husband and i got married last weekend (10/19/19) and it rained but that didn’t stop us from having the most beautiful wedding. from the time of rehearsal down to the time of the wedding Kara and hank made sure everything was ready and set to go! Kara and Hank are the BEST! They made our day so special and made everything along the way with planning and connecting with other vendors so manageable. They are the sweetest people and truly treat you like family. Not to mention the beauty of the venue, which is breathtaking and made our big day beyond beautiful! I was obsessed with venue to begin with, but after some additions/updates were made to the main building, I fell in love with it all over again. Could not have been happier!

Kara & Hank went above and beyond to make our wedding day AMAZING. We were one of the first weddings to utilize the brand new covered patio for our cocktail hour and reception. Murphy Lane is an absolutely beautiful venue not only because of the property itself but the people who you’d be working with. Hank and Kara are so sweet and beyond helpful. You won’t find another venue that adds that personal touch like they do. Kara is so mindful to the small details and I greatly appreciate that. They definitely helped bring our big day to life and our guests are still telling us about how much they loved the venue, it was just so easy that all 120 people can mingle and enjoy activities in the same area, and that’s being indoor AND outdoors! Some of our guests also mentioned how helpful and nice Hank and Kara were. It says a lot about how friendly and interactive they are when our guests come telling us about their encounters. The Venue at Murphy Lane is nothing short of Magical. Kara and Hank went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs, dreams, and ideas for our wedding day came to life. We cannot speak highly enough of them. Their property is absolutely stunning and the barn is so pristine clean and elegant. Our wedding day was everything we could have hoped for and so much more. They are so much more than just the 'venue owners', they get involved, they are hands on, and they work so hard to make sure their couples are happy, they are truly in it for the joy that it brings to others. By far the best venue in Coweta County / Newnan Atlanta area! They are always staffed with the best on going help. Not ONCE did I stress about the big day. It was ran so smoothly and they helped with everything I wanted. It is a BEAUTIFUL venue staff with excellent care. Our wedding was amazing and it wouldn’t have been without The Venue at Murphy lane!!!!!! HIGHLY recommend for weddings or big events!! Also the owners Kara & Hank are incredible people and truly care about their clients! Love this place and these people!!

My daughter’s wedding day at Murphy’s Lane was a dream come true! Kara and Hank are some of the kindest, most accommodating owners you could ever hope to work with. The venue in itself is absolutely gorgeous with several ceremony sites. With the weather here in Georgia one is never sure what the day may bring. They have plan “A”, plan “B” and plan “C”. Fortunately we had an absolutely gorgeous day and everything was beautiful! The bridal suite is every bride’s dream and the cabin on the property made for a perfect weekend for the whole wedding party. The best decision we made was to have my daughter’s wedding at Murphy’s Lane!

The Murphy Lane owners, Kara & Hank went above and beyond to see that my daughter's wedding was perfect in every way. I didn't have to worry about a thing...from guest parking, guest seating, decorations, family with disabilities, endless photo opportunities, to the send off...The grounds are exquisite and therefore so many options to capture those perfect photographs/videos. They also have a beautiful cabin on property that the bridesmaids used the night before the wedding and then the bride and groom stayed after the wedding. The icing on the cake was the gorgeous barn with a bridal suite the girls used on the day of the wedding. I could go on an on not just about the beautiful venue but you can't put a price on the level of service that Kara and Hank provide their bride & grooms.

The Venue at Murphy Lane is such a dream! My husband and I got married on December 1, 2018 and had our reception at Murphy Lane. We were the first to get married out of our siblings, so we didn’t really know much about wedding planning. We looked at other venues in the area, but none compared to Murphy Lane! Kara and Hank are so amazing and helped us out tremendously. It rained on our wedding day and we had the option to add tents and heaters to their outdoor patio. It worked out great! Everything was so beautifully decorated for Christmas and they knew exactly where to place vendors and tables and chairs to accommodate our very large wedding. My bridesmaids and I stayed in the cabin that they have on their property the night before my wedding and it was so fun! I highly recommend that! The landscape and scenery are beyond beautiful and they have so many great places for gorgeous pictures. Overall, I wouldn’t have changed a thing.
