The Straytones played for our wedding and were fantastic!! Sean was very attentive and helped us through every step of the way. I would definitely book them again in the future!

This and is perfect! From the second they started playing the dance floor was full. We needed a bigger dance floor! They read the crowed and had us dancing all night! We didn’t want it to end! Everyone raved about them for days to follow. we had people threaten to get divorced just to remarry and hire this band! We loved it! Thanks for making this the wedding of our dreams!

Simply amazing! Crowd theory was soooo good! Sean and the band are absolute pros. I think we received 10000000 compliments from our guests on the band. One of our wedding coordinators wanted all their info so she can refer future clients to them. The staff working our wedding kept saying that they were blown away by the band. I can’t say enough about the whole experience of dealing with Sean and the band.... absolutely a pleasure. Basically you are blowing it if you don’t hire them! Look no further, I promise you... thank you Sean and Crowd Theory for making our wedding such a success!!!

The Straytones were exceptional, with high praise from our wedding guests (all-night dancers & outside listeners). We were thrilled by their unexpected song choices, outside of lists of songs that they sent us beforehand (upon which we were given the chance to veto 8 songs and insist upon 12 particular tracks), and their willingness to accommodate us all round. They learned (as standard with their regular package) 3 songs and we were delighted by excellent interpretations of our first dance ('The Book of Love' by the Magnetic Fields - which they gave some lovely fiddle improvisation to, as we hoped for) and Grace Petrie's 'Northbound' (which they gave a Johnny Cash-esque stomp), in particular. But they also agreed to perform the hora for us, which was above and beyond their agreement with us, but they were happy to do it which was lovely. As a former music journo, I have seen many live bands & the bride is a musician too, so it's impressive that the band exceeded our expectatio... Read morens. Their setlist selection, pace, style & enthusiasm, willingness to gauge the audience & ricochet the energy around the room all made them the perfect choice for us and for our guests. There was plenty of dancing, singing and enjoyment had by all. Even those for whom a live band was too loud were impressed and enjoyed by what they heard from outside while chatting with fellow guests and made a special point of saying so to us afterwards. All in all, the Straytones are exceptional and although we knew they would be good (at the very least), we wren't prepared for just how much they brought to our evening. Really highly recommended.

Simply amazing! This band was everything we wished for and more. We could hardly fit everyone on the dance floor! They learned a few songs for our first dance and our dances with our parents, and they played them all beautifully. Rogue Radio is the best 9 piece band I’ve ever hired & I hire a lot as an event planner. They go above and beyond and have such a positive attitude. They are young, attractive, energetic, and sound AMAZING! It was an elite wedding for 250 guests in Malibu for in a huge property and they nailed the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. They were accommodating in every step of the way and the band lead Sean went above and beyond for over 3 months to get on phone calls with the couple and myself to make sure every detail was perfect. This is the band you want without a doubt, they are my go to from on!

We could not be more pleased with choosing Crowd Theory as our wedding band! So many people came up to us and told us how much they loved our band and the songs they played. From classic hits to modern pop songs, they built a set list that catered to wedding guests of all ages, including the iconic Brown Eyed Girl and Last Night by the Strokes (a personal favorite!) They also did a wonderful job at our wedding ceremony and even learned an instrumental version of "I Want To Hold Your Hand" by the Beatles just for us. It made our ceremony so special. Thank you Crowd Theory for everything! We wish we could relive the day all over again.

My husband & I did a ton of research for each vendor we chose. I’m talking excel charts and spreadsheets galore. We talked to at least 6 bands before Crowd Theory. A work colleague of mine recommended them because she had used them for a charity event. Once we heard their music and started communicating with Sean, we were sold. When I say you NEED to hire Crowd Theory right now, I mean it. Stop looking at bands because they are it for you. Even 7 weeks later, our guests are still gushing about how amazing they were, as are we. The day of the wedding my husband and I were over the moon about them, they sounded incredible. A FANTASTIC band, they gave our event a really great, fun atmosphere, everyone LOVED dancing to their tunes all night. Their music choices for our wedding were perfect and they were all hugely talented! This band ROCKS! So happy we chose Rogue Radio for our wedding : ) We still have guests calling us asking about the band. They learned our first dance song request, and we didn't know what to expect since we hadn't' heard the band play the song beforehand, but they played a version of the song that was ever BETTER than the original! 5 stars across the board for this amazing band. We were married at the Four Seasons in Las Vegas on their Press Patio. It was a lovely evening ceremony and the weather was beautiful for an outdoor ceremony. We wanted music and decided on a live band over a DJ for many reasons. So, I searched and scoured the web for many hours and days until I found the Straytones (by Crowd Theory). This is exactly the band that I was looking for. They do all acoustical covers of some of the greatest songs of our era... and man... do they sound awesome! Now, being the Four Seasons, they have a decibel level that we had to work within. But since the band was non-amplified and all acoustical, it all worked out really well and we had no issues whatsoever. That doesn't mean you couldn't hear the band... it just means it wasn't deafening and was at a perfect level for dancing, socializing, and enjoying the live music. Read more were setup and rehearsing about an hour or two prior to the event. Our wedding planner was so excited she came and found me before things kicked off and told me that the rehearsal sounded amazing... she was really excited to see them play. The band was such a hit, the wedding planner at the Four Seasons asked for their information to refer them to other hosted events and one of our guests wants to hire them to fly out to Virginia for one of his private hosted events. They were definitely the hit of the wedding and something that everyone is still talking about weeks later. We had the five piece band plus the mandolinist (which was optional). It was definitely the perfect band for the perfect evening and worth every single penny we gave to them. In fact, my wife wants to renew our vows in 5 years at the Four Seasons and invite them back. LOL!

I can't say enough good things about them. From the get go we knew that we wanted a live band and we required one that had a ride range that had its own unique sound and Crowd Theory (the Straytones) totally delivered. They're incredibly talented and their energy was amazing! Everyone danced that night and nearly every guest made a comment about just how great the band was (and I was asked all night 'how did you find them?!'). From beginning to end, they were the utmost professionals and worked with us to curate our perfect event. They even learned a new song for our first dance and it was more than we could have asked for. They really went above and beyond.

We booked the Straytones for our wedding in Dana Point last week and being really unsure on what we wanted or what to expect, were a bit nervous knowing that entertainment can make or break an event! We did not need to worry.. From the responsiveness of Sean with our back and forth communications in the months running up, to the OUSTANDING performance laid on by the entire band we would have no hesitation in recommending the Straytones to anyone and everyone we know. They absolutely made the entire wedding!! I'm convinced that even if I didn't show up the wedding would have still been a hit haha.
