  • Lori took care of all details and answered all my questions promptly. She is efficient and dedicated. The whole wedding experience was fantastic and could have not been done without her. I had a wedding on a budget but you could have never known with how beautiful it was.

She was detail-oriented, took care of events as they came up, proactively approached us when she needed something, but overall made sure small details went smoothly while masterfully coordinating the vendors. All in all, we would recommend Lori to anyone looking for a flexible, timely, professional, detail-oriented and incredibly patient day-of coordinator!

  • Lori was amazing!!! I think I might have been the most stressed out bride on the planet. The photographer was really demanding, even on the wedding day, and Lori took care of it. I had no idea what I was going to do about our venue's ugly napkins, and Lori took care of it. I had no idea how to set up the rehearsal, and my little brother who has anger issues embarrassed me....and Lori took care of it. She is reasonably priced, she's punctual, she helps with your vision and she will keep you calm! Oh, she also reserves your cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres and custom cocktails for you so you can enjoy that part of your wedding as well, if you missed it to go take pictures! I would hire her again in an instant. She's affordable, she's coordinated, she's simply the best! Could not have done it without you Lori!

  • Lori and Paige were immensely helpful with our fairly large (168 people) wedding! They took the time to get in contact with all our vendors, pick up all our extra decorations from our home the day before the wedding, and thoroughly pack up everything again once the reception had ended. Worth every penny for how much stress we avoided on our wedding day!

  • The Perfect Plan helped create such a flawless event for us!! We hired them for Day-of Services for our Tahoe wedding and they were just amazing...professional but fun and problem solvers! They helped with all the set-up of our decor even though the afternoon wind was causing us some issues. At the end of the night, they loaded everything into our vehicles after packing it all up...I don't know how we would've done it all without them. We were really able to enjoy our wedding day and so were our families!

  • Lori and her team are a) delightful and have wonderful, happy personalities b) flexible and game! they are totally willing to do any task and are hard workers and c) are a great value - they charge a fair price which is rare in the Bay Area these days. We had two venues that were about 500 yards apart and a hotel also walkable distance. They coordinated the pick-ups, drop-offs, set-ups, break-downs like champs + were there throughout the night for anything that came up.
