  • The Party Pros were incredibly helpful and even arrived a day early to give us time to set up the tent, lights and get everything ready! They were very flexible when we needed to update numbers or remove items from our order and they were so quick with all of the delivery and return!

  • My experience with The Party Pros was positive and seamless. I liked that they provided a detailed catalog on their website and had a extensive variety of products to choose from. The guys who set up our tent were extremely courteous and professional and the tent quality was beyond expectation. The delivery and pick-up was on time and no hassle. I would recommend them to everyone and definitely use them for any party rental needs in the future.

  • We rented a stage from the Party Pros and it was perfect! We had a large wedding party (11 bridesmaids, 11 groomsmen, plus me and my fiance and our minister = 25 people we needed to fit!) and so we came out to the Party Pros to check out our options. They were so helpful in helping us choose the right stage that we put at an angle and had people stand at different levels so that it didn't look like one huge line of people. Super professional and accommodating of our needs!

  • I loved working with this company for my wedding. They delivered everything on time and worked with my venue to arrange delivery, setup, and pickup! The prices were at the low end of other companies in the area and very low for the quality of the products! They also let me change the number of chairs and things the day before the wedding so I didn't pay for chairs that weren't going to be used! They also have a great website that it very user-friendly.

  • I had a good experience with party pros. They were extra booked so they have a partner to rent extra tents with , which was awesome. Everything I ordered was in good condition, I recommend them.

  • We ordered the tables and chairs from Party Pros. Everything arrived on time and in pretty good shape (chairs were a bit dirty so we had to wipe them off a little). We ordered almost 300 chairs and 28 large tables and everything was there in the correct numbers and they were good about placing them where we asked at the venue. Overall good job and very comparable prices to others in the area!

  • These guys had worked with our location (Horning's Hideout) numerous times in the past, and our transaction was seamless... I was planning the wedding long-distance, and found/created a quote online, had two conversations over the phone, and everything was taken care of-- we rented a tent, lighting, a dance floor, and a sound system. When we arrived at the rehearsal dinner, everything was set up and ready to go--- and we never saw anyone. It was awesome!

  • We used Party Pros in Hillsboro to rent our dance floor and table cloths. The customer service we received in the store was awesome, but we called a couple of times to double check everything and both times, they had our order wrong for some reason. We got it all straightened out, but had to go do it in person, not over the phone. We asked that the dance floor be delivered as early as possible the morning of our wedding because we were having an early afternoon ceremony. They told us that 11am was the earliest they could do that day, which was fine. Well, they showed up at 9am! Which would have been great except we were having our reception on someone's private property and the owner had to come out in her pajamas and tell them where to set up the dance floor. It wasn't that big of a deal, but when it's the morning of your wedding, the last thing you want to do is make the host of your reception site angry.   • The staff was great and the tent was great too. We changed out minds at least 10 times and Leah and Anna were both very attentive and accomidating to our needs. They were on top of each and every detail of our rental. The price was spendy but everything looked great so it was worth it. Definitley reccomend a tent liner on an elegant wedding, it made all the difference! Thank you Party Pros

  • Great prices and great responsiveness. But the tablecloths were the wrong size! It was too late to get the right ones, so we made it work by pinning them up.

  • We only needed to rent chairs for our ceremony location which was located outside. When we booked originally we were told there was a delivery charge but that was it. When we called to confirm, we were later informed there was a set-up and break-down charge in addition to the chair rentals and delivery charge. When the chairs arrived, they did not bring the number specified and just barely delivered them in time for the ceremony. The chairs were in decent condition. I was extremely unsatisfied that we were forced to deal with the wrong number of chairs on the day of the wedding due to their errors.
