I loved my dress shopping experience at The Lily Rose! Bonnie was so great in helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day! She knew what I was looking for and picked a dress she thought I may like and I chose a few to try on. The dress she picked was actually the one I ended up buying! The Lily Rose is such a beautiful boutique and I had so much fun working with these ladies even after I had purchased my dress. I got my dress altered by their alterations lady and she was fabulous! My dress fit like a glove and looked exactly how I had envisioned it!

The Lily Rose was an absolute delight! They were patient and very giving of their time. I brought my large family with me and they did a great job making sure everyone felt included in the process. The entire appointment was fun, no pressure, and truly the most enjoyable experience. My appointment was on Black Friday, and they gave me a beautiful party dress for free because I bought my wedding dress that day! I have nothing bad to say about them! Go to them!!!

The Lily Rose is the best! Everyone is so pleasant and it is a great atmosphere to find your dress. Jennifer was awesome! She helped me find my dress after only trying on 4. I was able to customize it by adding straps and more crinoline at the bottom. Sharon with alterations was patient and wonderful to work with. She did a beautiful job on the straps and my dress was perfect. I highly recommend Lily Rose to anyone looking for a gorgeous dress in a beautiful shop!

Every part of my experience at The Lily Rose was so wonderful! Everyone working there was incredible and the dresses in stock are all stunning and well made. Bonnie helped me find my dress and she was perfect- so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I looked at a few different places for my dress, but NONE compared to The Lily Rose!

Jennifer is AWESOME! Not only did she call me right after I emailed her "just to chat for a minute," but she emailed me ideas about dresses that she thought I might be interested in, based on what I was describing to her. Then, my mother and I were about an hour early for our appointment, but Jennifer still made space for us and the entire Lily Rose team was super helpful (Bonnie, you're great, too!) Though there were several other brides-to-be in the store, we felt like we were the only clients in there. I ended up saying "YES!" to the dress that Jennifer originally sent to me...she knew what I was looking for! GREAT experience, and GREAT staff. I'm so looking forward to the dress coming in!

The bridal consultants at The Lily Rose were very professional and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help make sure that I was taken care of and that I would be set for my wedding. I couldn't have asked for better customer service! I even had a dress custom made(their suggestion!) and they helped me through the whole process. I would highly recommend them! My experience with them was great!

Words can't even begin to describe the amazing ladies at Lily Rose! I bought my dress, bridesmaids dresses and got my dress altered there because of the amazing customer service! When I started trying on dresses, they really listened to what my vision was and also made me try on dresses in shapes I didn't know I loved! I wound up choosing a dress they picked and if it wasn't for them, I would have never tried it on! I know they've dealt with a million other brides but they made me feel like I was the most important one. Jennifer and Bonnie were both bubbly and so knowledgable about not only their designers but about what would look good on each bride. I didn't know to make an appointment but I called and they said to come on by. It was a random selection on googling the top rated bridal shops within a certain milage from my mom's house and it was the first stop of the day. It was also the only stop because when we got there, the girls just captured us. My mom and my sister went with me and we started the search. I tried on 6 or 7 dresses and went back to one of the first ones. Every dress was beautiful in its own right but my dress was the most beautiful dress I'd ever seen. They just made it so easy to select the right dress and then the jewelry and ahh the veil! I naturally bought my girls' dresses here too, my flower girl dress, my mom's dress and her some accessories too...can't leave mom out on the bling! I bought my dress last August from the Lily Rose and just recently got married on May 23 2015. From the beginning the staff at Lily Rose were extremely helpful, flexible, and caring! I was in town visiting and needed to make an appointment very last minute. They squeezed me in and treated me as if I had made an appointment a while out! I was extremely impressed with the quality and beauty of all the gowns in the Lily Rose. The first dress I tried on at Lily ended up being my dress, but I tried on numerous others at different bridal stores. The last store we went to that day had the same dress and it would have been easier for me to just order it there. However, I decided to go back and order my dress from the Lily Rose because they were more trustworthy and welcoming than any of the other bridal stores I went to! Finding The Lily Rose in the nick of time saved my wedding. I bought my first dress from a different vendor and it failed miserably for many reasons. Three weeks out from our wedding, it was clear I needed a different dress and I had little to no faith in wedding dress vendors. I found The Lily Rose and they were WONDERFUL. Bonnie promised me things would work out and to not stress at all, she would handle things for me. She was patient with me in trying dresses, was knowledgable of their lines, and listened to me when I told her the dresses that I liked and didn't like. Bonnie and Jennifer ware so kind and accommodating. The alterations were spot on. I wound up with a beautiful Pronovias dress and a new found faith that there are people in sales who truly care about their clients first. The girls at lily rose were top notch! We wasted half of a day at another large bridal store with poor service & we were referred to Lily rose from local business owners. We had almost given up but decided to just peek in at 5pm on a Friday...with no appt! Clearly we had just missed a super busy day & yet both girls were on top of their game. My SIL tried on probably 20 gowns & they did not give up. Thanks to a great positive attitude and the art of accessorizing, the bride cried & we knew we found the one! Jennifer was my consultant and she was fabulous! She was very attentive to my needs when shopping for my wedding dress. She stuck by me during the entire appointment and was very informative when it came to the designers and the dresses. When it came time to go dress shopping for my wedding dress I was very indecisive. I did not want to go into a shop where I would get haggled, but instead find a shop to help me with my vision. I received awesome customer series with The Lily Rose and great support. The consultants Bonnie and Jennifer were very supportive and helpful. They allowed me to try on several dresses and my appointment was very personal, and I didn’t feel rushed or haggled. I didn't purchase my dress the first time I visited. I returned later to The Lily Rose and with the help of the consultants I found my dream dress. I would strongly suggest that any bride who is looking for a bridal shop, please consider The Lily Rose you will not regret it!

Best bridal store in North Carolina. I went to a lot of stores from Winston-Salem all the way to South Charlotte and Bonnie and her staff at the Lily Rose help me order the exact Casablanca gown I wanted. I ended up doing some modifications to the dress to make it truly the way I wanted and one of a kind! Plus they offered a cheaper price that no other store could do for a Casablanca gown. Great quality and customer service in a beautiful boutique setting.
