I am so happy that I ended up getting my dress from The Lily Rose! After going to J Major's in Dilworth (good experience!), New York Bride (not great), and Anjolique (terrible experience!), I went to The Lily Rose. The service I received was more than I ever could have asked for. I purchased the Princia gown from Pronovias, along with the extended vail, in Spanish lace. Alterations were timed great; and the seamstress, Sharon Wallace, was wonderful to work with. All in all, this is a fantastic boutique, with wonderful consultants, at a fantastic value!

My experience at The Lily Rose a few weeks back was amazing! From the moment my mom, sister and I walked in, I felt this would be the place that I'd find my dress. I had been to three other bridal shops near Raleigh (where I live), and found a few gowns where the price was either too high or the sales women were too pushy. I really appreciated how laid back and understanding the manager Bonnie was to my situation, (engaged in April, with the wedding in October). She was focused on making sure my dress matched my unique sense of style. I ended up going with the second dress I tried on, that my sister liked. She also found her bridesmaid dress here too, and took it home right off the rack! There are not enough words to describe how happy I felt shopping here and what a perfect day this was for me. Thank you Bonnie and thank you Lily Rose for helping me find my dream dress!!! I know I'm going to feel gorgeous when the big day gets here!!

The Lily Rose made my whole wedding dress shopping experience absolutely amazing, from beginning to end. When I went in to look for my dress I didn't feel pressured or rushed at all, and my consultant was spectacular. She helped me as I tried on probably 20 dresses. The salon wasn't busy so I definitely felt like all attention was on me, which was a nice bonus. I also got my alterations done here and it was a quick and easy process. Can't recommend this salon enough!

The Lily Rose is a great place to shop for your dress. It's a gorgeous bridal salon and they offer wedding dresses and bridesmaids dresses. I tried on close to 20 dresses at other salons. I said yes to the dress at the Lily Rose.

I purchased both my mother of bride and mother of groom dresses from here. I was more than pleased with every aspect of the experience each time!

I cannot say enough great things about this store and these ladies!!! It was the 4th I visited and the best all around! I really enjoyed shopping for my dress at The Lily Rose - they respected my budget and even gave me a discount to help me stay within my budget. They were very helpful and listened to my ideas/preferences while offering suggestions and choosing options. Very friendly, welcoming, and easy to work with.

My daughter fell in love with two different dresses from two different shops. Four months before the wedding, she realized that she bought the wrong one, and really felt like the dress from The Lily Rose was "her" dream dress. The ladies at the Lily Rose worked hard to make her dream come true in time for her June wedding and she looked stunning!!! Totally recommend this vendor!!

Marissa and Bonnie were absolutely wonderful to work with! The boutique itself is gorgeous, and I was so excited the moment I walked in. Bonnie was so nice over the phone, and described to me the perfect Casablanca dress that I knew might be the one. They were able to accommodate me quickly with an appt., and I fell in love with my dress! Each time I was in the store, the staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend any Bride to visit The Lily Rose, it was a great experience!

The Lily Rose was a complete one-stop-shop for me. It was the first and only bridal store I went to, and I'm so glad I didn't bother going anywhere else! Bonnie was an absolute angel. Not only is she incredibly knowledgeable about the gowns, but she is sweet and encouraging, making the entire experience fun and relaxed. I had done some research before coming to the store and knew they carried two of the brands in which I was interested, and their selection did not disappoint. They carried a stunning array of gowns and accessories, which when paired with their unparalleled service, made it a bridal dream!

You definitely have to go here to find your dream dress. The staff is not pushy at all and are very friendly. My consultant was very patient with me when it came to my preference of dress. Never at my appointment did I feel pressured to purchasing a dress. In the end I ended up finding my dream dress here and I am so very lucky I had The Lily Rose part of that memorable time!

The Lily Rose gave me a fantastic bridal experience. I went on a Saturday, and even though they were busy I felt like my sales associate was totally focused on me. Marissa did an amazing job of picking gowns that were in the style that I liked, while still pushing me out of my comfort zone. I ended up with a dress that was even more amazing than anything I had in my head! Their in-house seamstress was also there, and gave me excellent feedback on changing the strapped dress that I bought to strapless. At Lily Rose, they truly seem to care about you as a bride, and they really want you to find the dress of your dreams. They were incredible when it came to my (pretty low) budget, and did an amazing job of pulling beautiful dresses that were still within my price range. They are so flexible, that they even offered to stay open later for me to make my decision! Lily Rose was the first place I went to, and I am so happy I went because it was a flawless experience!!

Extremely unhappy with this place!! We originally ordered our bridesmaid dresses from here in February and in June my sister called to see if they were in yet and they never ordered them. My sisters wedding was in August. We gave them everyone's payment and they blamed it on us for not ordering them. They never once said sorry and were extremely rude. They did nothing to help us find the dresses or didn't go the extra step to get them here on time. We went and ordered from a different store that was excellent and went the extra step to get them here on time. So I know it was possible for the lily rose to have got them here on time.

I found a dress from here that I loved but it was missing the sleeves I wanted. They were able to work with the vendor and custom design a dress tailored to my exact measurements and it fit perfectly. The only alterations needed were for a bustle to be added to the dress.
