I had my wedding at the Legacy on Saturday June 04, 2016 with an overnight stay the Friday before. We had 250 guest + some overflow. i wish i could go back and relive my wedding day, everything was amazing! I’ve worked with Alex with the planning of my entire wedding. She was wonderful and great to work with and always answered my questions within a timely matter. She always kept me informed of the updates that was taking place and did the best she could to accommodate to my wish lists. She is very friendly and personable. The venue itself is beyond gorgeous. Upon my visit in May a few things were still being done, but the Legacy Team worked hard and fast to get things done for my wedding. The house itself, is wonderfully remodeled and accommodate my large family very well. It felt homey and cozy! Overall, I am happy with how things turned out minus the few issues we encountered. Alex was a pleasure to work with and made things as easiest as possible. The venue is definitely a great option if you wish to have an outdoor wedding and reception! You’ll love the house and space, you won’t regret it!
Get markers/signs to mark the rows for parking. This will allow for better/closer parking by guests.
Provide a dumpster for usage. Yes it’s an eyesore, but it’ll be easier for those who do not have trucks to load trash and will make it much easier for those who have to clean up theirselves. It would of been nice to have been reminded of this so we could of better prepared for the trash or arranged for a dumpster ourselves. The staff was wonderful to work with, however we had a few issues that my family ran into with the older lady.
