    • Dena made the whole experience welcoming and inviting. Very easy to talk to and she is so friendly. She is will to go above and beyond for her clients. I could not ask for anyone better to have a venue with. To meet her is awesome.

    • Mrs. Dena was sooo sweet. She took her time to show around every inch of the venue. She even has a room full of decorations for the bride to use at no extra charge

    • They did a great job with everything! Anything we needed the day of was handled in a timely manner. The food was amazing. The venue is absolutely gorgeous. A huge bridal suite and a man cave for the guys. I’m really glad that we picked this venue.

    • My sisters wedding was originally in March, but due to COVID-19, was rescheduled for this past weekend. The Ice House did everything possible to accommodate and make the whole wedding effortless for us! The food was amazing, and the staff treated us all like family! Do yourself a favor and book this venue for all of your events! You will not regret it.

    • My wife and I chose The Ice House for our wedding and reception venue after looking at several places. The older, rustic look did it for us. Dena was very easy to work with, and gave us lots of advice and tips along the way. We also used them for the catering for our reception. Several guests remarked how good the food was, as well as how beautiful the venue was. We have no regrets, and would recommend people take a serious look at this venue!

    • The Ice House staff was so attentive and professional. They even ensured that our special day went off without a problem. Mrs. Dena and her son took all of the anxiety out of the day. By providing any support or help I needed, they allowed me to focus on our wedding ceremony and enjoying each moment. I highly recommend them and encourage everyone to check them out. The decor and intimacy of the building, the bridal suite, and man cave, took our day to the next level!

    • The ice house was exactly the venue I was looking for. The venue is so big and so many options as to what you can do with it. The owner is very sweet and makes sure everything is to your liking. The bridal room is absolutely beautiful and we had a blast getting ready in there. My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous wedding.

    • Along with The Ice House Venue being beautiful, it has all the things you need. You don't have to find an outside caterer because they have their own. There are beautiful places for the bride and the groom to get ready. The owners are easy to work with. I think the cost is a an easy to work with price point! We loved our wedding at the more chapel looking area and the reception in the reception hall.

    • I had my wedding at the The Ice House Venue in December. Everything was beautiful. The venue was everything I wanted and more. Dena and her staff were absolutely fabulous! She was so helpful and flexible during the entire process. The chapel, reception hall and bridal suite were everything I envisioned for my wedding! Thank you!

    • My daughter got married at the Ice House 8.22.20. It’s a beautiful venue, the food was delicious, the owner Dena dealt with a crazy momma because of all the jitters because of Covid. Her staff was so nice and we have to mention Austin he was the best.

    • What a wonderful experience we had at The Ice House! Not only was the wedding experience wonderful, but the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner was outstanding! The food catered for the rehearsal and wedding was delicious!! We had so many compliments on both!! Highly recommend for any special occasion!     • Overall we had a great experience working with Dena & the ice house.The venue is a beautiful historic ice house in the heart of downtown Jackson. The bridal suite and man cave were roomy enough for a large wedding party to spend the day hanging out and getting ready. Dena is constantly working to improve upon and add to a great experience. The food for the reception was very good and presentation, nice. We needed to have a cocktail hour Between ceremony (which was in the beautiful chapel) and reception...the charcuterie table they did was beautiful and champagne tower they built was perfect. I would highly recommend Dena and the ice house for your next event.
