Obviously, the Hotel Retlaw is fabulously beautiful. The food is also decadent and it's conveniently located downtown with plenty of space for large weddings (whenever we all get back to doing those). These all helped us decide, but once we did it was really the dedication to service that made this venue for me. Truly exceptional customer service is hard to find these days, but the Retlaw aces it. ALL of the staff go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and appreciated, and as a bride I felt absolutely cared for and catered to by everyone from the front desk staff to the bartenders! The event coordinator, Thai, is simply fantastic. She guided me through the mess of planning everything myself and then rescheduling due to COVID, too. She's someone you want in your corner when your big day comes. Highly recommend the whole team and atmosphere, our experience could not have been any better! We had our wedding at the Retlaw in December of 2019. The venue is beautiful, which made decorating easy. In addition to the ballroom, we rented the room across the hall which we used for a bar location and appetizers. Several guests commented that the food was the best they've had at a wedding, on how beautiful the venue is and how nice the hotel rooms were. The staff also did a fantastic job during the lead-up to the wedding and the night itself. Can't recommend the Retlaw enough.

Throughout life we crave moments of bliss and dream about our wedding being one of those magical moments. My wedding exceeded my dreams and it was truly a beautiful day that could not have happened any other place besides The Hotel Retlaw. The wedding itself was elegant, romantic, and breath taking in all aspects. The staff made all my requests come to life and again went above and beyond to make my day magical. We had our rehearsal dinner and the entire wedding (ceremony, dinner, reception) at this venue and we are grateful we did. The food was phenomenal, the service and hospitality were above expectations, and it again (as a bride) exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for quality service and a wedding of your dreams.

The staff at Retlaw was amazing! They catered to every single request. The space was beautiful and luxurious and our guests had an amazing time! We had no complaints or complications during the day thanks to Thaiana! Thank you, Retlaw! We wouldn’t have changed a thing!

Everyone at Hotel Retlaw was amazing to work with from start to finish. All of our guests commented on how smoothly everything went and how delicious the food was! We had a wedding of 230 people where they had to switch the room over from the ceremony to they reception and everything was seamless! They were very accommodating and everyone there was very hard working! If you want your wedding day to be perfect pick Hotel Retlaw!

We had our son's reception at the newly renovated Hotel Retlaw. The event staff made planning easy, and the chefs created an amazing dinner, including a surprise dish for my husband. It is a lovely venue, and the staff helped make our night even more special!
