We used the Honeymoon Concierge to book our August 2019 honeymoon and the service left a lot to be desired. Please note this is not a free travel agent. There is a $500 fee associated with this service, which they claim to be for top-notch, luxury service and perks and room upgrades throughout the trip. The fee was simply not worth the service we received or the promised “perks” (which were few and far between). We also never received a room upgrade. Instead of writing a lengthy review, I will simply copy and paste an e-mail I sent to Carli after our honeymoon, to which she never responded (and I sent the e-mail almost 2 weeks ago).
