I cannot say enough amazing things about this venue and the staff that runs it. Jim and Viviana really went above and beyond to make our wedding reception everything we could have dreamed. Everything flowed so easily and planning our wedding was fun and surprisingly stress free. This venue, which included the most delicious menue choices, accommodating staff, chefs and bartenders, is so unbelievably affordable and beautiful. It was honestly love at first sight. In the daylight, the hardwood floors, open space, and floor to ceiling windows were just perfect. It was an empty canvas where we knew we could bring our Intimate dream wedding to life. The staff was there for us every step of the way. I would 100% recommend the Garden Vista Ballroom for the wedding of your dreams. We are so grateful we found this venue!

Where do I begin?! I just had my wedding here Saturday September 12, 2020 after it having to be postponed twice. Although this was very stressful to go through and plan during a global pandemic ,Jim (the venue owner) always Kept us positive and was extremely patient, flexible,helpful and hopeful. He even helped me build a “backdrop” the night before my big day right before I almost gave up! Lol (so kind!) When we finally got the okay for our September date, we started planning with Silvia. She was awesome and made sure our vision came to life. Silvia was always willing and able to help throughout the process and the many times we went over to drop things off! Maria was also very delightful and smiled the entire time which was so nice and heartfelt! All my guests raved about the AMAZING FOOD and how nice the staff were. We could NOT be any happier and grateful with everything ,especially everyone at Garden Vista Ballroom. I highly recommended this for anyones Big day! ⭐️

Where do I begin.. JIM IS THE BEST!! Our wedding was on 6-9-18 and we booked this amazing place about a year and a half ago! Jim was very helpful and accommodating with our requests. We had about 130 people in our wedding.. and they were all super comfortable! The food was amazing! People were in love with the delicious pernil and penne in vodka sauce.. everything was super yummy! Everybody in the GVB were super helpful... from the super friendly bartender and valet guys.. to the servers and last but not least.. Jim! He is super responsive, organized and very calmed.. specially in a day that could be stressful. Overall we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend GVB!!

I want to thank Everyone @ The Garden Vista Ballroom. Everyone was so attentive to myself and Husband James. Jim and His Staff were great. The food was great. I thank god in finding this hidden gem. I reccomend this venue 100%. It's beautiful, clean, elegant, just an amazing place and the staff is so helpful and nice. I will definitely use Garden Vista Ballroom again and work with Jim, the owner, who helped us from beginning to end. My daughter's wedding was a dream come true, just as she want it.

This place is amazing, Beautiful and Very clean which was very important to me, The owner Jim who I dealt with from beginning to end was an amazing person, he went through the entire process and explained in detail how everything would be, He was present the day of and his staff was very professional as well. There was valet parking which was a big plus for me, the workers very friendly as well. The food was just as amazing!!! One of Biggest reasons I chose Garden Vista is because they only entertain one wedding at a time, so everything was about my event, I will definitely be a repeat client. My word for this place it is a GEM!

Thank Jim and Rosa for helping us create a Magical Wedding Day! We had our 1920s themed reception at the GVB and it turned out perfect! Our ceremony was set up chapel style and everything from the food, to the quick bartender to the set up was amazing. Everyone had an fun and amazing time and commented on how beautiful the venue was. EXTREMELY AFFORDABLE for a NNJ venue with valet parking. Our vendors commented how responsive and easy the venue was to work with. Thanks again!!

Dennis and I became engaged in November and were wedded this past weekend, 3/28. Jim and Rosa were extremely accommodating. They allowed us access to the building whenever necessary to plan out our vision. Jim was able to secure linens, which transformed the look of the room, at a low cost. They also provided vases for free and handled the catering, serving, and bar-tending. Jim set us up with a local wholesale florist who provided gorgeous flowers well within our budget. Everything about our day was perfect, we had the time of our lives. Our guests raved about the food and no one went away hungry. It was a blast. We highly recommend this venue! My husband and I just recently had our reception here. Jim ribbons and staff were excellent. They were very professionally from our first visit til the night of our event. The quality of food was great. Our guest are still talking bout our event. We would definitely be recommending the Garden Vista to all our family and friends. Can't wait to plan our next event. There are no words to describe the amount of gratitude we have for Jim & Patty. They were phenomenal. There flexibility is beyond the roof; the communication was stellar (text, phone, email & in-person); the venue speaks for itself. From the outside, you wouldn't think much of it.. but, the moment you walk in to the ballroom, it is breathtaking! The hall has a grand staircase, a master chandelier, a (mechanical) grand piano, and some of the cleanest bathrooms I have ever seen (that's sooo important to me!). Additionally, their food is super tasty and their staff a delight to work with. For the price we paid, there was absolutely NO competition for them in town. If you want to feel like a princess, go visit GVB.

The Garden Vista Ballroom is a beautiful venue at a very inexpensive price. Jim and his staff were very helpful and flexible with our needs. Our guests can't stop talking about our wonderful wedding reception.

We had our reception in May at the GVB. We received great service from Jim and his staff. They were wonderful and accommodating. My Mom loved the room all decorated. Great valve!!!
