  • When I booked an appointment I was a little skeptical because it seemed like they didn't have a wide variety of dresses and they're website doesn't show brands or any thing. When I went in I was instantly greeted and assisted by the lovely gal up front. I'm a very picky person so when I didn't see that they had the style of dress I wanted (ballgown with cuffed sleeves), I felt like I had wasted my time. My consultant was amazing though. I had also brought my childhood best friend and both of them insisted that I try something that I wouldn't normally try. So I did, and I fell in love. They do have lovely dresses there, and just sometimes you got to step out of your comfort zone to find the one. My consultant was fabulous too and she made me feel like a princess. She asked all the right questions and even made some suggestions when I wasn't happy with a dress. This place might be small but if you are looking for a place that will focus all their attention on you, I would recommend.

  • Angie and her staff were absolutely amazing! I had previously worked with them on the pageant side of things and they were even better when I came in this time for my wedding gown! I worked with Rebecca and as soon as I put on my dress she knew it was the one even before I did. When she suggested we add a veil I was blown away. Rebecca also matched the perfect veil and jewelry. Overall it was an amazing experience and I was so impressed with the dress selection as well as excellent customer service. I highly recommend them! I will likely be going through them for my fiance and his groomsmen's suits as well :-)

  • The team at The Bridal Gallery was wonderful throughout the whole process! I had a lot of alterations to achieve the final look I envisioned, and Addy was absolutely amazing in giving me the perfect gown! When a company shipped something in the incorrect size, the team at The Bridal Gallery solved the problem directly within a couple of weeks!

  • I visited The Bridal Gallery while I was in Oregon visiting family. I live in New Jersey, but wanted to go to a place in Oregon so my grandmother could come along for the experience. I scheduled online and received a call from someone to ask some questions to customize my experience. They were so friendly. The day of, we arrived and had the best time. Our consultant was fantastic. (I can't remember her name, I'm so sorry! Though everyone we spoke with was great. It might have been Heather, but it's been almost 2 years since I went in. ha) She let us look around and pick things we liked, and then she asked what I was looking for and picked a few more things for me. The trying-on process was great, she was super helpful, and they allowed us to drink a bottle of sparkling wine that we brought in!   • Angie was wonderful to me! She was helpful when I picked out my gown and even though I was meeting with another employee when I came in for my fitting, Angie was right there helping out. Which I was glad for, as the other employee could not match up to Angie's professionalism and personal touch service. The other employee seemed to be bothered by me wanting to put on the girdle and the veil and I felt pushed aside, but Angie came to join us and my wishes immediately were honored. I loved my dress and the alterations turned out just fine! We also rented the tuxes for the guys from here and they all looked great! What made this experience a 5 star review, hands down was Angie! Thank you for my beautiful dress and the beautiful experience Angie!

  • I went to a box store before I heard about the Bridal Gallery and found a dress that was eh, figured since it wasn't my first I went into the Bridal Gallery due to my sister-in-law getting her dress there. I made an appointment on the website which was SO easy. On the day of my appointment, my husband and I went to look at dresses. We were paired with Rebekah who was absolutely wonderful! She had such a fun personality which really matched well with ours. She listened to what we did and didn't want in a dress. I tried on my last dress and as I walked from the dressing room to the mirrors, I got that "this is it!!" feeling. The whole first interaction was wonderful, no pressure and very willing to work with us. From February of 2017 to July 2017, we worked with Rebekah, Dave and Angie on fittings and tuxes.   • If I could give the Bridal Gallery 6 out of 5 stars I would. Tori, the owner, helped me find my dream gown. Through a stressful situation of loving every single dress I put on she was able to guide me in the right direction and give me honest feedback. She was so fun and she truly puts her brides first. I loved going to the store to visit with Tori, her husband, and other employers. I was always looking forward to my appointments. Their dress selection was amazing it made my decision extremely hard! Once I made my decision and the dress came I was able to receive alterations in their store. My alterations were perfect!! The dress fit me like a glove. I cannot speak highly enough of this business. Not only did I get my wedding dress from here but also my bridesmaids dresses, which were gorgeous, and suits, which were great! SERIOUSLY GO HERE FOR ANY DRESS OR SUIT NEED! p.s. I also got my homecoming gown here when I was in high school once again it was gorgeous!

  • Absolutely awful customer service. Use caution when trusting them with your special day. My daughter (as with most brides) had never shopped for a wedding gown before, and The Bridal Gallery takes full advantage of young, vulnerable, excited brides-to-be. My daughter purchased a gown from this store and when the dress came it was 3 sizes too small. She was never measured accurately, instead the employee "eyeballed" her size and ordered a gown based on the size she tried on in the store. They refused to reorder her a gown that fit and said she would need to purchase an entire new gown. I'm appalled at their attitudes, their professionalism (or lack thereof), and would NEVER recommend these rip-off's to anyone.

    If this is a review regarding our bride Alexis, we are compelled to respond with the facts. Alexis signed a sales contract purchasing her gown and accessories. The items were special ordered for her based on our contract. Nobody added anything to her receipt - that would be a crime. As for threatening to take the dress away, we offered a very flexible payment plan but we had great difficulty getting payments. We waived late fees and even made adjustments to the original payment arrangements in an effort to make things as easy as possible. Finally, regarding the dress size, the bride chose the size based on measurements and how the sample dress fit. Several months later, the sample size no longer fit the bride which usually means that there was a significant change in measurements. When we make a mistake, we are willing to own it. In this case, we simply cannot be held responsible for someone changing their mind when there is a contract in place. This is why contracts exist.

  • I'm not sure where to start. I've been disappointed by this place so many times in the process of getting my wedding dress. They've treated me like nothing but a nuisance from the moment we walked in for our appointment. If we hadn't driven all the way from Seattle we would have turned around and left. There was a miscommunication in appointment time so when we got there the owner flat out said "well I'm not staying late" b/cthere was a Beavers game that night that she didn't want to miss. I was so stunned and upset that I got a little emotional, and I think she felt bad (or wanted to avoid a bad review) so she let us stay and try on dresses. But not without "jokingly" reminding us every ten minutes that she was missing the game. I fall in love with a dress, we purchase it, are told by the owner to come back in once it comes in with my shoes for the first round of alterations.     Rhandi, we are so disheartened by your less than honest review of our store and we wish you would have contacted us to resolve these issues. When you arrived for your original appointment, more than two hours late, we were willing to stay for more than two hours past closing but we did have some plans to move around - we did so happily and yes, we did joke about the football game that we ended up missing but it was all in good fun, and your family left very happy with the intention of coming back in early to mid January when your dress arrived. In mid February you made an appointment to come in for alterations in March. You then phoned in to cancel the appointment, stating that all your people couldn't make it and at that time the consultant let you know that we only had space for two people in alterations in addition to you. We typically do not alter more than three months out from the wedding because people often do fluctuate. When you cancelled your alterations appointment and then later asked for your gown to be shipped, we honored your request. As our records will indicate with UPS, we requested that it be a package that was signed for by the recipient and as the record clearly shows, the driver made the decision to leave the package on the doorstep. It is the policy of UPS that the driver make the decision as to whether to require a signature or not. It was dropped off in the early afternoon, just after 1 pm as opposed to early morning, so fortunately the radar in your area did not indicate that it was raining. Finally, as for the size, you signed our sales contract for the size you ordered, you measured the size you ordered, and you received the size that you ordered.

  • I went in with my BFF as she was getting married for the first time at age 50! Rebekah is fantastic and very fun to work with. Picked great dresses as my friend described what she wanted. The dress is gorgeous. I feel the value was good and considering the amount of alterations and how beautiful the dress came out the cost was worth it. As maid of honor, I feel my dress was pretty expensive at $300 and $85 to alter. That is a lot for an attendant. Also, my dress and the other attendant were different shades of the same color. We were not told this and would have liked to have know when purchasing. We are fine with it, but still not knowing this was disappointing. Two attendants spent close to $800 dollars on dresses with alterations. That is a lot! So value in my review was only three stars. Otherwise, perfect experience and great staff. We enjoyed working with you and the rest of the wedding party...we are sorry to hear that you were slightly disappointed with the cost of your gown...because you chose a more modest attendants dress with heavy beading and applique, it was actually a mother's gown so it was priced significantly higher than a regular bridesmaids gown.   • I really enjoyed working with this business. My dress is gorgeous and the price wasn't too bad. Some things to consider when choosing this vendor. Cost: Most places including this place, do not include alterations when you purchase the dress. My alterations were around $350 extra (and that was just for a hem and taking in the straps a bit) Flexibility: Their seamstress works only twice a week, so make sure you check with them what days she is working before you commit especially if you are from out of state or have a long way to travel. (This would really be my only complaint since I live and work in Seattle) I had to take time off of work for my two fittings.

Because we have four tailors, they all work on different days so that each bride is able to experience a private alterations appointment. I'm sorry you didn't find enough flexibility in our scheduling - it can hard to get the alterations done during the busiest time of the year and though we try our best, we don't always achieve perfection in that area.   • Derick Jackman in the last week Very disappointed with my experience at the bridal gallery. When my dress came in there was a number of fit issues they were unwilling to fix and instead of feeling like a beautiful bride they left me with regret I ever bought the dress in the first place. They never wanted to listen or strive to fix any issues I was having. Took my dress elsewhere and fell in love with it all over again. I would not recommend anyone go here.

  • When choosing my dress, I had the help I needed from this place. I felt listened to and one of the first questions asked was about my budget. Other places I wasn't even asked about budget and when I tried on dresses I wasn't told until after how much the dress cost. This place wanted to help me find what I wanted and for a price I could afford.

  • I was pleasantly surprised by the amount of gowns that The Bridal Gallery has to offer, especially those under $1000. I went in because they carried dressed by Stella York, a designer with gowns that I loved and that didn't cost multiple thousands of dollars. My stylist was did an excellent job of picking dresses that were not only flattering to my body type but had all the elements that I described. My stylist was actually the one to put me in a blush dress, something I hadn't previously considered, and it turned out to be the one. They allowed two payments for the dress, it would have been nice to spread that out a little more but I certainly won't complain about not having to pay it all upfront. The dresses were all of good quality and it was difficult to choose just one dress. I enjoyed my experience at The Bridal Gallery and would definitely recommend checking it out.

  • Rebekkah at The Salem Bridal Gallery was fantastic to work with. She kept me on budget when I arrived to pick out my dress and kept my mind in the "game" during my visit. Although I settled on a dress on the discount rack, it was beautiful in it's own, simplistic way, and every flaw I came across - pulled thread, sequin/bead missing, small stain - Rebekkah noted it down and it was fixed during my fittings at no charge. I am a little bummed that they didn't post on their website the picture of me, my grandmother and mom after I picked my dress as they do when all their other girls who come to the shop and find their wedding gown. Oh well.
