The ballroom professionals was very respectful professional and understanding the ideas that I want for my wedding and in a great location for both reception ceremony and photos

The venue is absolutely amazing! The space is great, with have access to the ballroom, the speakeasy and an outdoor courtyard. Very easy to work with Madeline. All of the guest were impressed as well.

Our wedding day was made perfect by the amazing staff and incredibly beautiful venue at the Ballroom at Park Lane! The gorgeous ballroom was like stepping back into a piece of history, and the speakeasy was the perfect place to relax between ceremony and reception. Our coordinator Maddie was an absolute treat to work with! She was there and ready to handle any and every issue that could have arisen that night, so all we had to worry about was getting down the asile. They even accommodated our nerdy little quirks to a traditional ceremony! Overall great experience, would recommend to anyone looking for that classy, old-school charm for their wedding day!

I photographed a wedding at this venue 9/2019 and it is nothing short of spectacular. As many reviews have mentioned, Maddie is amazing. She helped my partner and I carry things (which never happens to us) she showed us around the facility, and was available and smiling all day long. She made sure we were aware when things were beginning, and checked in on us often throughout the day just to see if we needed anything. As a vendor, photographing over 40 weddings a year, I can without a doubt tell you that this is one of the best locations in Cleveland for wedding photos. The upper balcony in the main room provides fantastic angles that just aren't available at all facilities, and the 1920's charm is like nothing else around. The Cleveland Museum of Art is within walking distance for easy incredible portraits, and the courtyard, and many spiral staircases at The Ballroom are also one of a kind. Will be recommending to our couples who are searching for a fantastic venue!

We had our reception here in August 2019. We worked with Maddie and she was AMAZING. She was extremely responsive and very accommodating to our needs. The space is absolutely beautiful. We got so many compliments that night on the venue. We had the dance floor in the main ballroom and the size was perfect for about 110 guests, although you could easily seat many more. Having the private bridal suite for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in was one of my favorite things about the venue, and it made for stunning pictures. Overall I can’t recommend The Ballroom at Park Lane enough. Everything from start to finish was perfect. They made it our absolute dream day.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is a hidden gem and truly unique wedding venue. We had both our ceremony and reception at the Ballroom, and we could not have had a better experience. Maddie made the planning process so easy and efficiently responded to all of our questions. We loved the bridal suite and groom's room to get ready because it kept everyone centralized in one location and allowed the photographers to easily move between the two rooms. The venue itself provides for so many beautiful photos and if the weather cooperates, Wade Lagoon and the Cleveland Museum of Art are so conveniently close for a tight wedding day schedule. We were pleased with how much was included with the price and are confident that our decision was well worth the investment.

I had my brunch themed wedding reception at the Ballroom at Park Lane and it was great! Maddie was amazing to work with! She always got back to my emails very quickly and was very helpful in making sure my wedding day was perfect! She made sure the day went smooth and I didn’t have to worry about anything.

The Ballroom at Park Lane is an incredible hidden gem in the wedding reception world. We stumbled upon it after looking at a number of other venues, and knew within minutes of arriving that it was where we wanted to have our reception. The dining room and speakeasy are a beautiful preservation of history with modern features. Our guests are still telling us (months later) how much they loved the booths and the speakeasy area. It was a perfect size for our guest count of about 100; it felt very intimate while still having enough room to dance and mingle. Many of our older relatives appreciated being able to spend time chatting in the ballroom after dinner while the younger crowd danced in the speakeasy. Maddie, our coordinator, exceeded expectations in every way. She was readily available throughout our whole planning process, and always promptly responded to our questions. We have only excellent things to say about our experience with Maddie and the Ballroom at Park Lane. Our evening was so perfect that we wish we could do it all over again!

I seriously cannot say enough good things about the Ballroom at Park Lane. The service and venue were exceptional! My husband and I got married in June of 2018 and couldn't have been happier with our decision. The look of the entire venue is so classic and elegant — we barely had any decorations because it was stunning on its own. We (and our guests) loved the booths, the long table down the aisle, and adored the golden chairs! And don't get me started on the bridal suite. It's massive and had a full kitchen which made so much space for all of us gals getting ready. They even have a gaming room for the guys! One thing that was AMAZING was their little system which kept all of the little details together for us. Other vendors of ours would simply email us saying we were late with a payment (when you're not organized, dates get jumbled!). She seriously coordinated with all of out vendors, making sure they were all on the same page – which was SO helpful to my husband and I. She also set up all of our decorations! She let us drop everything off the week of and set it all up the night before. She only came to us if she had questions and she constantly made sure that my husband and I were taken care of. She was the best. If we could get married again, we'd definitely go back to the Ballroom.

We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception on October 21, 2017. We knew the second we entered the Ballroom it was our venue. While both the indoor and outdoor space look elegant and beautiful, the staff truly make the experience exceptional. Everything was so easy. They took care of little details and answered every question in a timely manner. I didn’t have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding. Megan and Maddie are professional, personable, organized, and extremely helpful for all questions and concerns. You can tell how experienced they are with the whole process. Anything you want or need, they will make it happen!

I’m very tardy in writing this well overdue review – My husband and I were married in September 2017, but it still feels like yesterday thanks in part to the folks at Park Lane! We knew when we walked in that Park Lane was where we wanted to celebrate our marriage! The unique architecture, incredible lobby (speakeasy) and multilevel ballroom was a perfect fit for our 150 person event. The convenience they provided with the bridal and groom’s suites made getting ready on location fun and convenient. I was able to prepare there, having our hair/makeup artists meet with the girls in a private suite on site, one level above the Ballroom. We would recommend the Ballroom at Park Lane for anyone looking for wedding or party venues. The service provided by the staff was incredible, much more than we could have asked for. They made our planning process SO EASY. We had both the ceremony and reception there, we used both the ballroom and the speakeasy, went outside and inside for photos and loved every minute of our day. When my husband and I were shopping for our wedding venue, our goal was to find a space that was not the typical hotel ballroom or banquet hall. The first time I walked into The Ballroom at Park Lane, I felt like I had found my space, but, of course, since I was visiting alone on a whim during my lunch hour, I needed my future husband to sign off as well! Thankfully, when we went back to The Ballroom together, he was as smitten as I was. Our guests and my family were raving about her professionalism, poise, and ability to anticipate our every need (e.g., emergency kit in the bridal suite, telephone number of the shuttle bus when no one else had it, decorum with guests who had a little too much to drink, helping us set up all our decor, letting us drop things at the venue early). Maddie is definitely a huge asset to The Ballroom and to a bride and groom's wedding day.
