  • I purchased what was supposed to be light grey linens from this place and they came in 100% true ivory. I tried countless times to get a response and start a return with no response. When I finally got someone on the phone, they told me too bad. I would have had to pay over $100 to ship them back and MAYBE I would get a refund on the product (of course not the shipping). As an industry professional, I have never seen this kind of poor customer service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

  • I ordered mauve napkins for my wedding. What was received does not even vaguely resemble the photo on the screen. The company made me send back a napkin to them with tracking ($8 in shipping expenses), and subsequently told me they stand by what was sent to me and do not see any problem. They've stated the only way they will take them back is for a 50% restocking charge (about $80) and I would have to pay the return shipping, leaving me out close to $100 with nothing to show by the time return shipping is paid for. This company is robbing people and they do not care about their customers. Don't be tricked into trying to save a few dollars, go for Amazon or for a company with a better return policy and a good reputation. I want to support smaller businesses, but it's really difficult when this is the level of service you receive in return.

  • Table linens for less has great colors; however, their customer service is lacking. I ordered swatches and they charged me $8 for shipping! When I asked why the shipping cost so much for little swatches, they told me it was due to the time it takes to cut the swatches. Really? Ok, I obliged because I really wanted to see the swatches. When I received the swatches, I made sure to order one napkin to see the total look. I was disappointed that the napkin wasn't cut evenly. It was crooked. And I wasn't really satisfied with the color. When I chatted online with a representative about my concerns, she ended the chat abruptly. Their customer service is sub par! Not only that, but they don't allow returns. Good thing I didn't make a purchase with them. Go with LinenTableCloth.com because their napkins are even, they're cheaper, and they allow refunds. Go to a place where they value your business.

  • I am extremely pleased with the quality of the table cloths I purchased for the price. I received the order in a timely manner! This was one of the only companies that offered the slate blue color we wanted. These tablecloths didn't show creases like others I've purchased from other companies in the past. Overall, I couldn't be more pleased!
