Glenn Studios were also good too as they were reasonable and seemed to do a nice job with family photos too

We had our wedding at the Swan Club about 2 weeks ago and it was absolutely amazing! We had checked 10 venues last year and were blown away, not only by the beauty of the grounds and ball room, but also by the kindness of everyone who worked there. And that kindness continued until the last minute of our wedding! Patti was very kind when she took us on our initial tour. And every time we have stopped by over the past year, they have all treated us like VIP. I am in school in Rhode Island and the Swan Club went above and beyond to help me with wedding planning and were very understanding. Every time we went back, the venue looked more beautiful. The food is absolutely amazing and all our guests raved about it. They have one extraordinary chef (who is also very kind and very humble). Everyone enjoyed strolling the gardens and we all had such a great time. If you are planning to have your wedding in the New York area, I highly recommend the Swan Club. I grew up in Brooklyn and I couldn't believe I didn't see this venue sooner. Our guests describe our wedding as "beautiful and magical"...and it realyl was. Thank you, Swan Club, for everything! We had such a great experience visiting the Swan Club. Yesterday I had my second meeting with Jordana. She is AMAZING! She made my fiance and I feel extremely comfortable and answered every question we had. She was such a pleasure to work with and got back to me SO quickly through email. We left with such great vibes from her and the space!

Dealing with the staff at the Swan Club was a pleasure. From the initial planning to day of execution, Pat was a pleasure to work with and his staff knew every nuance and helped guide us through the process. They worked seamlessly with our vendors to make the experience a great one. On the day of, the Bridal attendant, Chelsea provided an unparalleled level of service, making things easy for the bride and keeping her in excellent spirits, with anything we needed readily available. On top of that the venue is just plain gorgeous. Views of the gardens are very lovely especially in the spring. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

They have so much to offer for scenery and are very easy to work with to personalize your wedding as you wish. Very elegant and great outdoors and friendly staff with a wide selection of food choices and add ons.

After thoroughly researching plenty of wedding venues and with our wedding day coming and going (Nov 2019), I have to say you really can't find better. We didn't have an appointment when we stopped in but Patty (always helpful) was nice enough to take some time and show us around. The place has everything you can want in a venue. The natural outdoor garden right on the lake is a complete change from the over-landscaped backyards you usually see. The indoor ceremony space is built right over the garden and despite the garden being as picturesque as it is, we opted for indoor ceremony space because of how unique it is. Many venues have great outdoor venues but if the weather doesn't cooperate it's no secret the indoor space isn't comparable, with Swan Club you don't need to make that compromise. You'd think you were hiring a day-of-wedding planner having him. Most unbelievable was we had wine bottle favors we were gonna just put on a table and Pat made a whole display WITH HIS OWN CRATES and decorations. Honestly if you're looking around Swan Club on the Harbor deserves a visit. We can't thank them enough.

I cannot say enough good things about this venue as well as the staff. I planned a corporate event for 350 people here this past July. Jordana was our main contact and from day one of the planning process was simply amazing. Her professionalism and responsiveness is superb. I felt like she truly cared about our event and helped in everyway possible to ensure that it was a success. I would 100% recommend this venue for a corporate event. I have no doubt if you were lucky enough to work with Jordana on your wedding she would ensure that your special day was PERFECT. The grounds are breathtaking the food and the drinks were excellent. The guests were truly wowed! If I wasn't already married I would want my wedding here!

My parents got married here 35 years ago. Before I saw the venue, I wasn't really interested in getting married in the same place as my parents. That immediately changed once I saw the grounds. There are few, if any, venues that compare to the Swan Club. With its new renovations, the Swan Club is breathtaking inside and out. One of my favorite features of the venue is that you have the garden which provides an "outdoor wedding" feel, but have the security of an indoor reception hall that is just gorgeous. We visited so many gaudy and/or lifeless venues that just could not compare. Not to mention every staff member we worked with was beyond lovely. We looked at 20 venues before our wedding day. The Swan Club was the first and last and it was a slam dunk!!!! The most beautiful venue inside and out....The wedding was the most spectacular day of our lives...The staff was impeccable... Sandra, our maitre d, was warm and so easy to talk to.....She addressed all that we needed and wanted for our special day...The staff was well organized and accommodating and worked like a finely oiled machine....They treated our wedding day as if it was their own... The Camelot room was outstanding, the food was spectacular and I couldn’t have asked for a better and more beautiful venue.....My bridal attendant, Chelsea, was always available for what I needed and wanted in a graceful, caring manner as if she was a family member.... Sandra and Chelsea as well as the rest of the staff helped make our wedding day the best day ever......

We would not have chosen another place to have our wedding on July 6th, 2018! The Swan Club is incredible...we didn't go anywhere else to take our wedding photos because the grounds at the Swan Club are so incredibly beautiful! We booked the Swan Club in February 2017, and in February 2018, we found out that they were under renovations with a new owner. We were nervous, but they invited us in for a tour of the new and improved main dining room, the Camelot room. I mean, wow! The room was so incredible, and bigger than our wildest wedding dreams. Our guests RAVED about how good the food was at the cocktail hour as well as at the reception! (Go for the duck and the prime rib!) We got married at the Swan Club on June 2nd and it was one of the best days of our lives. From our first interaction with the Swan club team they were incredibly nice, helpful and professional. Pat our Maitre D made us feel like family and he made our day perfect! His team can’t be beat. I can’t even tell you how many of our guests told us that our wedding was THE BEST WEDDING THEY HAD EVER BEEN TO!! We would recommend the Swan club to anyone!

Met with Jordana. Found her indifferent and was not fully attentive to our needs. She explained in a robotic way and was NOT personal by far. She then after her carefree spiel was more interested in pushing vendors too like delsimer who was also RUDE and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE, thousands of dollars of ridiculous charges , and then met with Hart DJ who was over HYPED and wanted us to spend thousands more too. It seems like BIG money is the only thing they are interested in BUYER BEWARE!!! i wished I had met with other people.

Very disappointed in the Swan Club. Yes, they are very nice, but also very dishonest. I wish I had my wedding somewhere else. There are multiple weddings per day. Which means you only have two hours before your wedding to take photos. THIS IS NOT NEARLY ENOUGH TIME. NOT EVEN CLOSE. I asked on the phone and in person many times about the "7 acres of gardens", I even asked, specifically, is there more to see other than what I see from out this window and was told, several times, yes. Wrong. All of your guests will watch you take your wedding photos because the gardens are so small. The only time I was given a straight answer about this was a week before my wedding. The "7 acres" is just the WATER that the venue is on. So, on the day of my wedding, which was crazy enough, I had to rush to a park in Long Island to take photos in my wedding dress away from my 200+ guests. They also told me, the "cake is included, we will do WHATEVER YOU WANT, NO PROBLEM, there is an AMAZING BAKERY". Also,... Read more wrong. We went to the bakery and was given a booklet of COMPLETELY PLAIN cakes that were "included". We paid an extra $450 for a VERY SIMPLE design that we were very excited about, just to have the cake show up an at my wedding looking absolutely HORRIBLE and NOTHING like the photo. Think, brown paintbrush strokes all over a white cake. I was completely shocked, and heartbroken, and had many guests laughing about the cake and saying it was "very.. unique?", that's how ridiculous it looked. My whole wedding day was rushing from place to place because I didn't take into consideration how important the "One Wedding Per Day Venues" are. The day we went to visit the venue I asked, how much in tips we have to give out to the staff. I was told, only a few hundred dollars worth. It ended up being around 2000, I don't even know how much more than that because my husband took care of it. I was also told "we take care of the placecards". Also wrong. You write out your own placecards, they give you blank ones. That would've been nice to know sooner than a week before the wedding. We went to visit the venue during one of their showcases, and they had a white stage setup for the ceremony. There was NO VENDOR near the stage, so naturally, you assume, the stage is part of the venue, right? Wrong. I was very surprised on my wedding day that there was no stage, either. There are so many other things, where they talk and talk and everything sounds great but they ended up being jackals like everyone else. I know that people read reviews to learn from other people and not make the same mistakes, but book the venue anyway, but let me just say, this venue doesn't deserve your business. Your wedding day is too important to have so many things overlooked. They don't take each wedding personally. They just churn them out. My photos were rushed, my makeup was rushed, my whole wedding day was rushed because of this stupid mistake. They tell you everything you want to hear, "we will take care of it, don't worry", and yet, you are just being manipulated. Very unhappy.
