Bill and the rest of the team at Sundance are wonderful! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sundance after shopping around for several months and visiting five or six other "chain" and local jewelers...he was instantly impressed by Bill's knowledge and expertise in the industry and he was ultimately won over by the value and the very low-pressure sales atmosphere that Sundance offers! Though I loved my ring, after our engagement, I changed the setting, and Bill was extremely accommodating with that process, as well. And, of course, when we went to purchase our wedding bands, we returned to Bill and the team at Sundance, who remembered us (or, at least, pretended to!) and were very helpful in guiding us through their selection and accommodating (with price and options) and FAST!
