Michele was really open to any ideas that I contributed and even offered some herself during the initial planning meetings in-person and long-distance over the phone. As it got closer to the event I did experience some delays in communication and miscommunication about the prices on types of meals (specifically buffet vs seated) but we still LOVED the food that ended up being served at our wedding even though it wasn't the one we had tasted because of the mix up during our tasting. It was also a bit difficult to get exact pricing on certain options and my husband and I felt like we were playing a guessing game in terms of the total cost. We ended up paying around $10,000 for the small ballroom including seated dinner for about 130 guests, two sponsored kegs, and flower arrangements for all tables and bouquets/boutonnieres that were delivered to us at the church (not at St. George Maronite) . We opted not to do lighting because it was a day-time reception.
