Words can’t describe the perfect magical wedding Southern Exposure did for me. The grounds are stunning. The food was fabulous. But the customer service is outstanding. I wanted a wedding where I didn’t have to worry about a thing and southern exposure did just that. I just wish I could do it all over again ❤️

I had my wedding at Southern Exposure last weekend and it was amazing! The coordinator, Mi Suk, was on top of everything and I didn’t have to stress about anything all day! The decorations were absolutely stunning - all done by the venue. The coordinator, DJ, food, and bar service were all a part of the venue package. We didn’t have to worry about packing anything up at the end of the night because the coordinator took care of it! The servers were very professional and friendly, and treated me and my husband like royalty. It truly was the best wedding I could have asked for and this venue is the reason it was as amazing as it was! Not to mention it is also absolutely gorgeous, and so well-kept! We cannot express how perfect this venue is! The owners, Ken and Jennifer and the wedding coordinator, Mi Suk went above and beyond to make our wedding day beautiful and stress free. We didn't have to worry about anything! On our wedding day, all we had to was show up and Mi Suk took care of everything else. We were able to enjoy every moment of the day. The planning process was a breeze because the venue has an on site chef, DJ, officiant, florist, and liquor license. The DJ and officiant are included in the wedding package. It was so nice because, we didn't have to stress about hiring and coordinating different vendors and services for the day. We didn't even have to set up or clean up. At the end of the evening, the staff literally loads up your car so you can go from your last dance directly to your car. My wife and I got married at Southern Exposure in early summer 2019. The setting was unforgettable. The flowers were in full bloom, the grounds were manicured to perfection, and the staff was attentive to our every need. There was not a single detail unaccounted for. The ceremony took place outside under overcast skies. The thought of rain on our wedding day began creeping in, but to our pleasure the rain held off. Our wedding coordinator, Misuk, was on top of the preparations. She was extremely helpful ensuring everyone in our wedding party knew when to walk up to the alter and exactly where to stand. The ceremony went off without a hitch. The rain crept in shortly after the reception began; however, the dance floor and all the tables had plenty of cover. If you’re looking for a wedding venue that takes care of everything for you, look no further. Mi Suk made things so easy for us, guiding us all along the way through the planning process. Taking care of the setup and clean up was crucial for us, so we didn’t have to lift a finger the day of our wedding. We received lots of compliments on the food and, of course, the grounds are beautiful. The night of our wedding, a huge storm swept through in the middle of our reception. The staff literally held the tent during gale force winds, while getting completely soaked. The power was knocked out and the generator went down. The whole crew worked incredibly hard to keep our party going and our guests happy. They even served drinks by candlelight. Everyone was so committed to making our day amazing and it was just that!

Southern Exposure was amazing for our wedding ceremony and reception. The gardens were stunning and the venue was immaculate. Mi Suk was wonderful to work with. She was super flexible to our needs and always accommodating. The food was beyond delicious and all of our guests were raving about how amazing everything was. I would highly recommend Southern Exposure!

It’s beautiful. It’s affordable. They make planning easy with a list of nearby professionals...Photographers DJ bakeries (we used continental pastries (4 layer cake with 2 fillings soooo good!), and florists. Also you can save because they have table arrangements so you can save on those costs. Some of my friends want to revisit already and they live more than an hour away. Mi Suk works very hard and does an excellent job! We did a COVID wedding and had relatives on zoom. You will likely need someone to help set it up and assure there’s a connection at the reception we set up a camera but we needed to move the camera a bit more and explain things to participants. I recommend the video given some issues we had. But that was something we experimented with and it will improve as more people try it. The experience of Southern Exposure, in surrounding visual beauty, is best described as a secret fairy garden, with farmhouse chic decor adorning every inch of the facilities. It sounds over the top, but it’s true! I fell in love with this venue upon our first visit, and didn’t make any additional meetings at other venues - nothing that I’ve seen at any wedding or event compares. The food was excellent, people danced all night and raved about SE. The places I was unable to give full 5/5 rating is due to the process of planning and misunderstandings which happened the night of the wedding. I believe their planning process could be better organized, however their wedding coordinator is pleasant to work with. The new owners seem very eager to keep their customers happy and I hope they continue to wow their guests with this amazing place.

Southern Exposure is a beautiful place to have an outdoor wedding. Mi Suk and the rest of the staff was very helpful with all the planning and helped us find a great photographer at the last minute. The only complaint i have is with the DJ. We took the time to make a detailed list of songs to be played at our wedding and he didn't play half of the songs we asked for. He ended up playing whatever songs he felt like and when my mother asked him why he wasn't playing our songs he got snotty with her and said he was getting to it. After he was told to play some songs he played maybe two on our list and then more of whatever he wanted. Half of our songs were not even played that night including some that were our favorites. There is a reason that people make song lists for their wedding... because they have meaning to them and they want to hear them, i was really disappointed that we didn't get to hear the music we chose on one of the most important days of our lives .
