So easy to work with and communication was great! It helped so much that they helped me figure out the order of procession/when cake cutting is etc....the template they sent me made life so much easier. Everyone at our wedding raved about the music and we could not have asked for a better DJ! I highly recommend Solid Ground DJ's!! (:

We really enjoyed having Scott DJ our wedding! GREAT value for price. He listened to our ideas and helped us plan out the reception in a way we were hoping for. We loved how open he was to what order we wanted things in and gave us advice on things we were unsure about. He got people on the dance floor but also allowed for some great slow songs which we wanted. All went great!

My husband and I booked Scott for our May 2016 wedding in Philadelphia. From our first meeting with Scott, when he drove into the city to meet with us in person, to our last phone call a few days before the wedding, Scott was so accommodating, flexible, and a true professional. We felt so comfortable with him. Picking a DJ for an event is a tricky thing--more so than other vendors, you never really know what you are going to get until the event itself--but we were so grateful Scott was our DJ. From start to finish, Scott ran our wedding reception perfectly. His song selection was excellent, a great mix of oldies and modern hits throughout the night. The dance floor was always packed, and not with all the same guests. Scott's song selection appealed to our everyone throughout the night and kept all different groups involved. When we snuck out of the reception to take some night-time portraits, we were a little worried that the party would die down while we were away. We were thrille... Read mored to see that the dance floor was still packed when we came back, and no one had even realized we left! More than anything else, what we enjoyed most about Scott was his ability to run the wedding reception seamlessly and engage the crowd without putting himself in the middle of everything. He was a great emcee and created a high-energy party without being over-the-top himself. After experiencing DJs at other events that didn't find that balance, we really appreciated Scott's style and know how rare that is! Overall, Scott was a fantastic DJ and the value we received could not be beat. I've already recommended Solid Ground to a friend (who went on to book Scott) and would highly recommend him to anyone in the Philadelphia area looking for an excellent DJ!

Scott did such an amazing job as the DJ for our wedding. He was very helpful with the planning and had a lot of good recommendations. I was able to communicate with him easily and he was very accommodating to our needs. Scott created a playlist that incorporated a lot of our favorite music choices, including country! Our wedding guest were on the dance floor all night and could not say enough good things about how good of a DJ Scott was!
