My husband and I used a dentist brand whitening system before our wedding at home, and while we did have results, it was such a pain and expensive! We had to sit around with these mouth guards for hours and it tasted horrible. I think we had to use them for at least 15 days total. Yuck! My husband tried Smile Labs the other day, and in 30 minutes his teeth were at least 3 shades whiter! The process was easy, I waited in the cute waiting area while he went to the back and sat in one of the special chairs. He got his kit and applied the gel and sat under the light for 15 minutes. After that 15 minutes, he got to rinse and see the results, already whiter, then he did another 15 minute round. I was very impressed with the speed and results and the shop is very nice. The staff are excellent and I will definitely return to have my teeth whitened in the future!
