Kelli Love made our dream wedding come true! We begin working with the Sirata around September 2019 (for our August 8, 2020 wedding date)! From the very beginning, Kelli tended to all of our needs. She helped us find vendors from afar as this was a destination wedding that we were planning from Iowa. As Covid-19 had it's grips on the country in early Spring, Kelli communicated with us throughout to give us state/county updates and ensure that we were going to have the wedding that we always wanted. We had a make a few small adjustments (change reception rooms to allow for social distancing and update our guests about housekeeping), but nevertheless our big day was PERFECT! All of our guests enjoyed their accommodations, the amenities (pool, beach, beach chairs, bars, etc...) and of course the wedding festivities! The Sirata did an absolutely amazing job with my daugther's wedding last weekend. Kelli, Jessica an the entire staff paid attentional to EVERY little detail and gave my daughter her dream wedding! The staff in all areas was awesome and the banquet food was of the highest quality. We did rehearsal, cocktail hour, reception sit down dinner and farewell brunch and it all was perfect! Highly recommend this vendor for your event!

I requested information a few months prior to traveling to St Pete since I'm in NH. I ended up communicating and meeting w Jessica. From the very beginning she was always answered right away and I didn't feel like I was bothering her w all my questions. When we toured the property everything was beautiful and had been renovated. They have many options for the ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They cater the food and had buffet and plated options. Me and fiance loved the coconut palm tent that is right on the beach and have decided to book this vendor based on the amazing customer service and how beautiful it is. I cant wait to bring all our friends and family here to celebrate our big day in 2021.

So glad we picked this venue for my daughters wedding it was reasonible the staff was very professional and the food and service was outstanding.

Kelli and Jessica were the best to work with while planning our wedding! It rained on us during the ceremony and when we all got back inside they had towels ready for us to dry off. Everyone loved staying at the resort and were impressed with how great the wedding went. I highly recommend having your wedding here!

We got married at Sirata on March 21, 2020. With COVID-19 we were quickly having to re-do our vision of our wedding on almost a daily basis to keep up with all the changes. Kelli Love could not have been more accommodating! The team at Sirata made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The ceremony site on the beach was absolutely breathtaking, and having our reception in the Coconut Palm Pavilion right on the beach worked out perfectly! From the time we toured Sirata through the day of our wedding they went above and beyond to help us plan our day. We loved that so many aspects of our wedding were included and that they offered so much help during planning and the day of. I HIGHLY recommend.

We got married here on the beach back in March and it was amazing. It was a destination wedding so I planned everything from PA and Kelli Love was great with responding and helping me out with anything I needed, she’s awesome at her job! The food is amazing and the staff is so accommodating, everything turned out perfect with no complaints. I will say the only downfall to having the reception in the coconut palm tent is the bathrooms being kinda far away but besides that, the tent is such a nice location for a reception. Definitely recommend this place for anyone wanting a beach wedding, couldn’t have asked for a better place!

This is such a beautiful venue. The staff were very friendly and kind and working. We worked with Tracy who did a great job responding to all questions and clarifying anything we needed. The only issue we had was with the room block situation but it seems that it worked out for everyone.

Having grown up on the beach in Florida I always had a "dream beach wedding" in mind. When I met my fiance' we both had previous church weddings and knew we wanted to be married on the beach. There are so many beach wedding destinations near our home in St. Petersburg and we chose The Sirata Beach Resort. We hosted out wedding at the Sirata Beach Resort and it was incredible! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception at the resort and Kelli & Jessica ensured everything went on without any hiccups! I cannot even begin to explain how amazing Kelli and Jessica were. They made sure everything from the decor, food, guests, etc were taken care. I worried about nothing! They even kept an eye on all the groomsmen to make sure they didn't celebrate too much before the ceremony ;D We had a rock and roll theme to our wedding that involved a lot of creativity and Kelli got very involved and even threw in some ideas that we used! The ceremony setup and scenery is gorgeous as well as the Royal Palm ballroom with sights of the beach, tropicana/downtown st pete, and the skyway bridge. All the lights lit up at night are beautiful and makes for an amazing backdrop. On top of that, the food was incredible! We selected the beef and chicken option. My husband and I had a sunset beach wedding in February at the Sirata Beach Resort at St. Pete Beach. We live in Boston, Massachusetts and coordinating with Sirata from Boston was painless. From the beginning Kelli Love and her staff were more than accommodating and very helpful. Their list of preferred vendors were actually really good. We got our photographer, DJ, lights, ice cream, baker and florist from the list and we could not be happier with the services we got from the vendors. On the wedding day, the staff were very attentive to my husband and I. They made sure our glasses were full and we got food first. The most difficult part was the room block because our family and friends were very last minute and the reservation line was sometimes not as helpful. However, the staff under Kelli Love were responsive to our feedback and were able to rectify the situation. We opted for the Farewell Brunch the day after on the breezeway, which was very nice. I loved everything about my wedding except the wedding coordinator from Sirata. The venue, the food, the service all great, The wedding coordinator was terrible though. If you are organized and prepared to do it all yourself, go for it! She took forever to answer emails, sometimes deferred to her assistant and her assistant would answer me however, when I would speak to her again her answer would be totally different than her assistance. I had emails that completely contradicted each other. I did everything on my own because I realized how unhelpful she was. The day before our wedding at our meeting before the rehearsal she was late, briefly blew threw everything but acted as though the day of she would be there and handle things. I saw her for a few minutes before the ceremony and as soon as we said I do, she was gone. She wasn’t there for the reception or even the introduction to the reception. We recently got married at Sirata Beach Resort on 03.07.2020, we chose Sirata for the value and the view. Saint Pete Beach is beautiful but always keep in mind you get what you pay for. We originally reached out to Jennifer Jasper 2 years ago to see the property, it was under construction so it seemed like it was getting up to date. Once choosing the venue we were assigned to Kasey Bussel,who then informed us that the wedding date we wanted was no longer available. This should have been our first sign of things to come... we were then lied to about the room block. Kasey told us that we could start off with 10 rooms and add more down the road. Further more she told us to tell our guests to book later since it was spring break and the phones were busy. Once spring break was over we tried to get more rooms, we were told that the rate had to be higher and in the end could not get more rooms. Looking back at it we should have tasted to food before booking it to make sure the food was good. ... Kasey quit working at Sirata 5 months before our wedding, understandably things change but this was difficult for us seeing she said she would be with us every step of the way. We were 2 years in to planning and we could not seem to get a hold of anyone there. Finally they hired some one to replace Kasey, her name was Tracy and she came from the hotel next store "Grand Plaza". In the 4 months to come we got everything set up although it was rough. We also found out that Kasey was planning on charging us more then we agreed on, things seemed to be coming together slowly. Once the wedding weekend arrived more problems occurred, we had made itineraries that were never given out, we "the groom and bride" did not get waters at check in and the wifi was never given out. We make a point of these things because they are supposed to be included in the "Resort Fee" you pay each day. Our first night the fire pits did not work and the bars shut down early. Our second day it was a hassle to try to check in for the bridal suite, I had to keep calling to see if the room was available. On the wedding day we were told that Tracy would not be staying through the night, that we were being passed off to the a banquet person to help us throughout the night. He did not help throughout the night, he disappeared about 20 minutes in. The groom had to go into the kitchen to get our food, we were never served dinner or the cake. The bartender was rude and on her phone the entire night. Maybe we are crazy to think this but especially since we are the groom and bride, we thought we would get great service. We paid an additional 1,500 to have a trade up bar and that liquor was not served. After this we went to Rum Runners on location for an after party. To rewind for a second we were told that they had 1 wedding a day when we were booking, this is not the case. We found this out when there was another bridal party at rum runners as well. I digress.. our credit card was stolen, charged at the 7-eleven down the street and then returned to the main desk. The next day we had a meeting with Tracy and the Manager Jackie in regards to the stolen card, never getting our food and paying additional money for a buy up we did not receive. We were told that the manager of Rum Runners and security would be reaching out to us about the card, Tracy and Jackie said they would followup as well. All in all our complaints were pushed aside since they already had their money, we still have not had anything resolved 2 weeks later. Due to the card being stolen we had to order a new card but it did not come in time for our honeymoon. This was supposed to be the happiest day of our new lives together but it turned out to be stressful, hectic, not organized and a sham.
