  • Siesta trolley was great! We had some last minute changes on timing and venue and they were super accommodating. They were on time and very professional. We rented the white trolley which was gorgeous, all wooden inside, really nice. We also got an additional minibus to transport people from the ceremony to reception venue at the last minute. Great to work with. Would recommend using.

  • We hired one trolley to transport us & some of our wedding guests after our wedding. The prices were very reasonable, the bus arrived on time, our driver was friendly & professional & even provided a cable for us to play music during the ride. All of our guests had such a good time & we are so glad we used them for our wedding transportation!

  • Cj was amazing to work with! Always response in a timely manner and is very flexible with changes. The trolley’s provided on my wedding day were adorable, on time and a great added touch to get the bridal party and guests from the venue to the hotel and vice versa in a safe and fun manner. :) i would 100% recommend siesta trolley!

  • We had a destination wedding, so everything was planned via phone/email. CJ and the rest of the Siesta Trolley team were so easy to work with! We used a trolley to transport people to/from our rented house/venue. CJ made sure to call a few days before to check in, make sure we were enjoying the area, and confirm all of our details. I think Gary was our driver - he was right on time and super friendly! Such a great experience start to finish!

  • I hired Siesta Trolley very early in the planning process for a few reasons: they have the best price package, they have a beautiful white trolley, and CJ! Chatting back and forth with CJ through email was an honest pleasant experience. She is so nice and accommodating, and always answered any question I had. We rented three trolleys, one for the bridal party and two to pick up guests from the downtown hotels to get them to and from the wedding on Longboat Key. The trolleys were such a nice touch for a Florida wedding, and they were all nice and clean. The drivers were great! Their split package is amazing, because they didn't charge us for the time during the reception, but rather the clock started again at the end of the night when they came back to pick guests up. I highly recommend this company!

  • Siesta Trolley proved 2 trolleys for our wedding of 112 guests to take them back and forth from the ceremony on the beach to the reception 3 miles away in a ballroom. They were excellent and very professional! The guests had a ball on the trolleys and it added to the fun experience of the wedding! They were very reasonably priced and very easy to work with. I highly recommend siesta trolleys services! So much fun! Thank you!

  • My husband and I got married on Longboat Key, FL on 12/01/2018. We hired Siesta Trolley to provide transportation for our guests between the Longboat Key Club Resort and the ceremony/reception location (Harbourside). Siesta trolley was incredibly responsive, professional, and reliable! I had reached out the CJ about a limo recommendation for transporting the bridal party from our getting ready location to the ceremony and they totally hooked us up with their gorgeous (and air-conditioned!) white trolley. It was very windy the day we got married and we actually had our first look on the trolley! Stay tuned for pictures :). We could not have asked for a better experience, we HIGHLY recommend Siesta Trolley for all your trolley/transportation event needs!

  • Siseta Trolley provided transportation for our wedding on Saturday and were excellent. Prompt and flexible when we wanted to add on two hours late night. Moreover, they are surprisingly affordable and are willing to do split charter times such that you aren't paying for them when they aren't being used. We highly recommend Siesta Trolley.

  • I really wish this could be a better review. The trolley is lovely and we used it for bridal party and exit shots as well as for hotel to venue transport. I think the problem was that we wanted to split the time of how we used the trolley and had to make a couple of changes. I did my best to email schedule changes and receive confirmation, but this really was the only glitch in an otherwise perfect day. After we waited for the trolley to arrive at the venue for wedding pictures pre-ceremony, and the wedding planner had left confirmation emails because I was nervous about the timing needed to get everything done, I called to learn that they were at the hotel. Honestly, I have replied-to emails that confirmed where they were supposed to be when. So—they came, but were late enough that we were still shooting when guests arrived and they saw the bride and the wedding party ahead of time and while that didn’t seem to bother the trolley people—it wasn’t what we wanted and totally str...     Dear Angela, Again, we are truly sorry for the mistake, we do take responsibility for the problem. Your itinerary was written up to your exact request, the problem occurred when one step was missed by our driver. You and the planner called and we did our best to get ahold of the driver. Most drivers will-not answer while driving, so we had no alternative but to think he was driving!! Once we got ahold of the driver, we found out that he had seen the step in the itinerary and somehow just missed the timing on it. None of us are perfect, that is not an excuse, just an observation and fact, exactly what happened. What stands out is, you took quite a bit of time to write a long complaint, yet never took one minute to call us to discuss the issue, of which we would gladly have discussed and offered a true, honest, solution. We try hard to accommodate and care for our clients wants and wishes. The company has many years of successes that continues on. The fumble was a mistake, not done intensionally or with malice, and we are sorry that it happened to you. Please feel free to call us at your convenience to discuss a proper resolution. Dear Angela, We are sorry that things did not go as you wished and planned on. No one is perfect and a mistake was made, your driver read his work order and somehow missed the fact that the sparklers were at 1900. He honestly believed that the sparklers were at the end of the reception, it was a misinterpretation, he made a mistake. As for the driver being rude, this particular driver has never raised his voice to anyone and if anything, we are sure he was feeling really terrible and embarrassed already about the sparkler issue. That being said, that is the only issue there was. As for the communications............on November 6th your family made the request for the sparkler section and you were immediately answered. There has never been a time that either through email or phone, that you were not able to communicate us. As for the office trying to get ahold of the driver, there are rules and regulations, both company and DOT, about driving commercially and using a phone. They are not supposed to use the phone when behind the wheel. This was an unfortunate issue, not intentionally done by anyone. Yes, we understand that you were upset about it not going as planned and we do wish we could have changed that. We wish you all the best.

  • CJ from Siesta Trolley was amazing to work with. I always received quick communication and responses to my questions and they were able to work with me to find a solution to a transportation issue I had. The day of our rehearsal and wedding were fairly easy and everyone loved having the trolleys to cart us around, We did have some confusion from the driver about what the plan was, but it was ironed out quickly and the show went on. Thank you for getting us to our most important day!

  • CJ was great to work with! I felt like I was reaching out to her a few times to follow up with questions or pricing. It's very possible that since we reached out early regarding transportation we might have fallen in the cracks! The communication the day was a little off. Just the bride/bridesmaids were was suppose to get on the first trolley followed by Guests and the groom/groomsmen. When we went to get on the trolley I noticed there were Guests on. The maid of honor had to request these Guests get off so that I was not seen. I feel like they also did not communicate with the venue on a drop off location. I did not want to be seen by Guests and had to ask to be dropped off on the other side of the venue so I could sneak into the bridal suite. Other then that the trolley was used at the end of the evening for lots of Guests. The driver event stopped at the liquor store for us so that we could pick up beverages for the after party!
