Charles and Conchita were fabulous in providing the appetizers, dinner, and wedding cake for our wedding. The tasting they did for us sealed the deal, and we got so many compliments about the food, which was awesome. Our goal was for everyone to have a great time. Not only did they both care about our tastes but they were mindful about our budget, and never pushed us to do anything outside our goals. I would highly recommend them!!

Hands down, this was the best cake my husband and I have ever had!! Our guests still rave about the cake and we couldn't have made a better choice in hiring Conchita and her team. We opted for red velvet and lemon-vanilla, but there are many cake flavors to choose from. Conchita is extremely prompt and will get back to you within a few hours of emails/calls. The tasting was awesome because Conchita really gets down into the chemistry and physics of making a wedding cake!! She's truly passionate about her job and it shows in the product. Our wedding cake was sooo good!! It was moist, dense, flavorful, colorful, and just simply delicious. We asked Conchita to be creative in the cake design and she didn't fail! We LOVED everything about our cake and the service from Shakin and Bakin! Will recommend 100%!!
