Amazing service from start to finish! Our drivers arrived on time, were very friendly, and kept us on schedule. The champagne toast outside of the church was a really nice touch! Both the Escalade and the Rolls Royce were in pristine condition! The driver helped me in and out of the car and also helped me fluff out my dress before walking into the church! Truly an amazing experience, very professional and outstanding service!

Booking was very easy (even though we live out of state), they accommodated a schedule change no-problem, arrived right on time, and had champagne and glasses ready for us after the ceremony! The 22 passenger limo bus was a fun treat for our 17 person bridal party, and had plenty of room for everyone.

My husband Randy and I absolutly loved the service we had from Santos on the day of our wedding. Our vehicle was the Rolls Royce which was gorgeous and our driver was very nice and extremely professional . We would highly recommend Santos for any occasion.

I don't even know where to begin, they are such a wonderful company and team to work with on our wedding day. We had two vehicles a 10 passenger limo for the bridal party/family and a 1960s Rolls Royce. The 10 passenger limo made 4 trips (each way) to help shuttle our family and bridal party from the reception site to and from the church. They were fantastic and so positive about shuttling people back and forth in style and on time!! The Rolls Royce drove my Father and I to the church and then me and my brand new husband back to the reception site. The driver was fantastic, he made me feel so calm before the ceremony. They not only made sure we were on time, but went above and beyond. The drivers helped open the church doors so that we could have both doors open at the same time instead of just one. We hired Santos VIP for our wedding to provide the transportation for our ceremony, reception, and post reception to area hotels. We had an amazing experience working with them, from beginning to end. The team was VERY helpful in planning out the logistics of how the service would run the day of the event- answering countless emails, scheduling calls, and really worked hard to make sure everything went smooth. The day of, the plans were executed perfectly. The drivers were friendly, the shuttles were pristine, and guests were well taken care of. Shuttles was a big aspect of our wedding due to the venue location, and we were so happy to have found Santos VIP!

Santos is fantastic! They made sure we had everything we needed included champagne to help us kickoff the night! They are very professional, prompt, and safe drivers. We used Santos Limo for our June 2019 wedding and could not have been happier with our decision! We used both the 2 passenger Bentley and 14 passenger Lincoln MKT. Both cars were immaculate and the drivers were so friendly and helpful. When it was getting time to walk into the church, the red carpet literally got rolled out for me and my driver was fixed my train and veil. I had a large dress, and the driver kept helping me in and out of the Bentley. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, I was indecisive about the final timing from the cars, and Celia was incredible to work with during this time and kept following up to make sure everything was set. The cars were both on time and overall I'm so happy that we used Santos and would happily recommend them to future brides!

Santos VIP was a great choice for our wedding day! We have heard horror stories of other companies being late or not showing up, but Santos is there early to make sure you are on time to your big day. There is a variety of options, the vehicles are clean, and well stocked with champagne and water. The water was really nice to have for my nervous stomach before our ceremony! They also make sure you have an attendant which was so nice! She helped us know when to walk down the aisle, fluffed my (really long!) train, and had a red carpet exit with champagne ready for us. She also acted as my security guard to make sure no one saw us before the wedding while our photographer took some pictures with the window open. She also was incredibly funny and helped ease my nerves!! Highly recommend Santos VIP!!

They were easy to work with and very timely for our wedding. We rented out a party bus and an 18-passenger escalade, and they both came on time. They both rolled out red carpets in front of us, which was a nice touch. Both of the drivers were very friendly and helpful, and at the end of our ceremony, they had a bottle of champagne waiting for us, which they opened and gave to us! They had the limos already stocked with ice, which was perfect for our drinks that we put in there ahead of time. will definitely work with them again in the future!

Santos VIP provided us with exactly what we needed for our wedding. Both the 1960 Rolls Royce and 22 Luxury Coach were clean and driven by two wonderful drivers who helped us on and off the vehicles. They were on time (even early) and all of the alcohol we dropped off during the week of the event were on ice and ready to go. Not only was their service stupendous, but they provided us everything at a very reasonable cost. Santos VIP is highly recommended.

TERRIBLE BUS experience!!! We had 2 limos and a party bus to shuttle guests to and from the hotel for our limo. The bus was an absolute disaster; the bus was supposed to go back and forth 2 times from the venue to the hotel at end of evening. The driver actually told my guests he was NOT going to go back but was going to wait! Unreal, my guests waited an hour on the bus until they got off and took an Uber, I’m embarrassed my guests had to do this and embarrassed for this company. Then at end of evening because the bus didn’t go back and forth, there’s wasn’t enough room on the bus and 15 more of my guests had to take an Uber!!! This was my wedding and I could not have been more disappointed and disgusted with this bus experience! It’s very unfortunate because the experience with the limos and the limo drivers was great; but it doesn’t out weigh the horrible experience with the Bus driver. Will never use this company again and will never recommend it either.

Santos was extremely easy to work with. The day of our wedding one of the limos we ordered was wrong however they were very professional, quick, apologetic and accommodating. They corrected the issue and by the time we were out of church we had the correct limo waiting for our family. Our driver was very helpful and exceptional for his job and we appreciated everything he did to make the day go by smoothly.
