Hi Shobana and Brian, Thanks for reviewing. Sad to say, that your review is very unfair and contains many false statements. To begin with, you sent 4 versions of wordings over the 1st week which kept delaying us on graphic work – which caused the delay. We don't like to charge clients for unforeseen wording changes but we do expect them to be sensitive that these add time & money. You were greatly constrained in your budget, but to help you we accommodated free custom art for the elephants & borders. You needed a ‘simple line elephant’, which the artist created; but there are limits to extent of control that can be exercised on an art. Yet, we did numerous iterations of elephant and invite design – going much beyond the free offer. Only vendors who are dedicated to customer service take 4 am calls while you were on a pre-honeymoon! It was unfair that you agreed on the new delivery date, but constantly pressured for the original date. You demanded overnight shipping but did not respond affirmatively to our note to absorb the cost. At this point your tone was disrespectful, hence we had to cancel the order (note: with full refund!) as things weren’t going well. We cannot discount your offensive personal remark at this point too! You have now revealed that you were unhappy from the beginning. If that was the case, your husband did not need to write a false apology (praising us) to convince us to reinstate the order, no matter how desperately you needed our invites. We are also surprised at your claim that 50% invites were torn – please see photos of the invites just before we shipped them ( http://www.samvadiyacards.com/project-108.html ). Regardless, if you were dissatisfied with our product, you could have reached out to us but we did not hear from you at all! We would have taken a return with full refund again. However, this experience with you will not deter us from serving future wonderful client, like we have seen in past.
