Great service! They gave us a free upgrade on our wedding day. The driver was kimd and professional. The party bus was clean, modern and at lot of fun!

We loved our experience with Salon Salon for our wedding. The driver was extremely punctual with picking up the bridal parties at separate locations and to the church. The limo was clean and the driver was very professional!

We had a big group & a long drive from our first look location to the wedding venue location, so decided to ride in style & comfort with the party bus--it was absolutely perfect! Joe was a great help with scheduling transportation & confirming with us the week of the wedding the timeline. Don the driver was extremely friendly & arrived early to pick us up at all times throughout the night--he even had a corkscrew handy when we forgot one! The bus was extremely clean & up to date with modern lighting & easy to use bluetooth music system. Overall great, dependable service that helped us enjoy our wedding day even more, thank you!

When I was planning my wedding, I didnt want to get a limo due to the expense, but a month before my wedding I decided that I should and I picked Salon Salon and so glad that I did! They worked with me in getting the limo I wanted and thats great being so last minute. The limo driver was amazing, called me when he would be arriving, had the umbrella out so I wouldnt get wet and once I get into the church he even fixed my dress as I was walking down the aisle with my father! He was truly great and I highly recommend Salon Salon!

They were on time, professional, the vehicles were in pristine condition and the drivers were so helpful with my dress and boutique!

I had wanted to book them for my wedding. My parents paid the $200 deposit at a wedding expo and the guy there said that he would email us the contract. We never got it. I called and called and no response. The lady I spoke to was beyond rude. MONTHS later, still no contract so I call to get my parents deposit back and they said they would call me back. They never did. I have emailed, called, messaged them on facebook and no response. They have no grounds to hold the deposit since there was never any contract signed and I will have my lawyer contact them. There are plenty of awful reviews on yelp and google. I would stay far, far away from them! They have the worst customer service. I can't imagine how their service would be on my wedding day!

Stay away from this company! Rude, dishonest. Would not honor price on their website and uncharged for "wedding package" which actually meant they uncharged for a wedding and decreased the service time. When we call to question, employee was not aware you could even make reservations through their website and didn't know what website we were referring to where the price was advertised. Dishonest. Would not want them involved in my wedding!!

After a few issues with the initial communication with Salon Salon, I was very happy with the results. Not only was I contacted and had the issue rectified, I was skeptical on how the day of was going to be. I was very pleasantly surprised. I was again contacted a few days before my wedding by Salon Salon to confirm the day of details. When the vehicle arrived it was clean and looked well maintained. The driver was not only clean, but also dressed in a tuxedo, was extremely polite to everyone in the bridal party and very helpful; was there to assist with not just helping everyone on and off the bus, but also with my dress/flowers going to and from the vehicle. The only complaint I had was when the bus was on the highway there was a very loud hum that drowned out the music and made conversation difficult with anyone more than a person or two away.

I just rented a party bus for 14 people on 8/23/14 from Salon Salon Limo. This was a 75th dual birthday celebration. One of our family members uses a wheelchair and after we got her in the vehicle, the wheelchair was placed in the rear compartment of the party bus by the driver. When getting onto the I-295, the wheelchair fell out of the rear door. Luckily, a car was able to flagged the bus over to notify us about it. We were over a mile from the wheelchair falling out the rear door. The wheelchair was damaged, but usable. I emailed Salon Salon Limo and asked for the owner to call me to discuss the damage. I never received a telephone call. The party bus door opened again on the way home and filled the cabin with diesel fumes! No champagne glasses or rock glasses were on the party bus as stated on their website. The driver stated we needed to ask for them. I questioned why when it's stated it's included. I rented a 30 passenger party bus from Salon Salon Limo New Bedford for a night out in Boston and was very pleased! I toured buses from a few different limousine businesses in the area and Salon Salon had the most beautiful vehicles and the price was the lowest around, with gratuity included. Don our driver was very professional and accommodating to our needs. I will use this company again!

We were a bit last minute planning our wedding day transportation, but Salon Salon limo was able to provide what we were looking for – an SUV limo for the wedding party, a limo bus to shuttle our guests, and a Rolls Royce to pick up the bride and groom after the ceremony. Turns out many transportation vendors won’t put the vintage cars on the road in the winter and you have to get a vendor that is licensed in the state where you are holding your event. So they were one of the only vendors that could fulfill what we envisioned for our big day! We could have paid less with other vendors if we didn’t want those specific vehicles, but we felt like what we paid for these 3 vehicles was reasonable. I was pleased by their responsiveness over email, adjusting the contracts quickly to meet our requests. The drivers were friendly and showed up where we needed them, when we needed them. When we booked the limo for our wedding, we were told that if we went over the 4 hour time block that we booked, we would be able to extend our limo time with our driver as needed as long as we took care if the driver. When it came down to it, they would not even let us go one minute passed the 4 hour time block. Of course the wedding was running late and the driver could care less. We basically had no time to take pictures before he was rushing us onto the bus (the one that we actually did not pick out). Do not count on them. Salon Salon will leave you hanging when you really need them!!!
