    • I was very pleased with Royalty Limo's service. I was able to contact them via email, which is very helpful when working full-time. Also, I did a lot of research on transportation for our wedding and they are very reasonable and provided wonderful service. The driver was very professional and arrived early to pick up. There was construction on roads between the ceremony and reception and the driver was prepared to take alternative routes. I thought the champagne toast was a great touch and offered a perfect photo! I would definitely recommend them to others. We are looking to book them for our honeymoon transportation as well.

    • This vendor was the best! From the very beginning when we booked the Limo, the customer service was great very professional and easy to deal with, the Limos were very clean and fresh inside. Our driver was very nice and professional new all our itinerary and directions, he decorated and the red carpet toast was amazing, whatever this vendor promised they delivered and much more. We would highly recommend Royalty Limousines.

    • I was very worried about the limo, as I had heard and experienced horror stories in the past of limos not showing up, showing up late, being dirty, not the right type of limo, driver not having directions to the ceremony, etc. We had none of that with Royalty. Jen was our customer service agent, and was a great help. She promptly and courteously answered emails and phone calls, and was extremely helpful working out payment and keeping us on track. The day of the wedding our limo arrived 20 minutes early, and to our surprise, it was an upgrade from our Chrysler 14-passenger to a 16-passenger SUV. Apparently, there were electrical problems with the limo we had originally contracted, and they sent us an upgrade at no extra charge. Our chauffeur, Mike, was excellent. Very patient and courteous, and extremely helpful with all us girls in our fancy dresses with all our purses and wraps and bags and flowers.     • All I can say is they really do send a chauffeur/butler to your special day. WOW! He went way out of his way to assist us, even with the photography and my dress! And the stretch SUV was spacious and GORGEOUS! My colors happened to be brown and cream, and the leather seats in the limo matched merfectly. Very clean, very professional, stocked bar, matching decorations, red carpet champagne toast, and soooo worth it! Thanks Royalty!

    • The limo was really nice, the price was ridiculous but any limo is. This was the only place willing to create a schedule to fit my wedding day, since I was getting married and the reception was at the same place, I need it for two hours prior and two hours after the reception for pick up and drop off for the hotel for the guests. No other place and I called many, many places would do that for me.

    • The professionalism and courtesy exhibited by the entire staff at Royalty Limo was great!!!!! I forget our driver's name but he was helping my wife in and out of the car and really went that extra mile with us to make sure our experience was pleasant. Unfortunately we did not need to travel very far(3 miles) between the ceremony site and the reception so we probably did not get the full experience.

    • This company was nothing extraordinary. I wasn't planning on having a limousine at my wedding, but decided last minuteto have transportation from home to the church to the reception hall only. I kind of figured, a limo company is a limo company, but I guess I was wrong. The driver pretty much demanded the payment after saying hello before I got to say anything. The whole day, he kept pushing us saying we need to get going, because we're on the clock. When I originally made the contract, I was debating whether I should add an extra half hour to our time, but the lady on the phone said to go for the less amount of time, and if it goes longer, they'd bill me. The driver ended up being very pushy. The whole time while greeting guests and taking photos after the ceremony, the driver kept saying we need to get going because we're going to go over on time. We ended up getting dropped off early, and this guy just seemed to want to get out of there. I fortunately am the type of person ... Read more

    Dear Jenny, It is difficult to speak with a driver about an issue ten months ago. Especially when he has six out of the ten reviews on this site from other brides telling us how wonderful he was. He also has been serving our company for over ten years and never a complaint. Our contracts do state if the customer has a outstanding balance it is due upon arrival, most brides choose not to be bothered with this on their special day and pay in advance. As for overtime most appreciate the fact that the driver is trying to stay within the time you scheduled on your contract and make you aware if overtime will be needed and the extra charges. These issues with all your stress and excitement sometimes are overwhelming and are taken out on the drivers. We apologize for any situation that upset you and hope you read the above and below reviews the same driver was assigned to their weddings. Royalty Limousines Inc.
