  • Felt Faactory is newly restored building, absolutely beautiful restored facility, the customer service is excellent, they have great wedding packages all inclusive (Wow) the staff is very friendly, professional and informative. I am so excited to have chosen the Felt Factory as my venue.

  • The Felt Factory is definitely the place to get married! We looked at other venues, but we fell in love with the Felt Factory. Other venues felt too much like a hotel or conference room, and they didn't provide a personable experience like the Felt Factory did when we looked at venues. We also couldn't beat their pricing. The Felt Factory offered great packages to meet all budgets. Our wedding day was FABULOUS! The staff took really great care of us and all of our guests, the food was incredible, definitely tasted like a 5 star restaurant! The staff even used some of my centerpieces as decorations for the ceremony since I forgot to provide ceremony decorations. This venue knows their weddings, you won't be disappointed if you book with the Felt Factory!

  • The Felt Factory gave me the best experience as a new bride. I pitched my vision and they made it a reality. Great staff, hospitality was their first priority. Hats off to the chef our food was hot plated and on the buffet tables. You guys Rock!! Thanks Jose😘

  • When we saw Romano’s last year and met with Kathy we knew it was our venue. Things went great until several months before our wedding. For starters, Kathy was no longer our wedding planner: we found this out by me emailing her with a question and receiving an email several days later that she was promoted and we would now be dealing with Melvin. I was frustrated he didn’t reach out to introduce himself and familiarize himself with our file. When we went for our food tasting, he was sitting in the room we were put in AND STILL did not bother to introduce himself. Our final appointment 3 weeks before our wedding we were going over meal details. The woman whom we met with told us we had three meal options. He said that was not our package, which I agreed with him but said I double checked with her that she was not mistaken and she said we get 3, and I, my husband and father in law we’re all shocked, and he agreed to honor her word. 1 week before my wedding I received a phone call I ...     Hello Rosaleen, Thank you for your valuable feedback. We take our customer responses very seriously and we will use this as a way to improve our customer interactions. With that being said, Melvin is no longer an employee with our company. We apologize that your interactions were anything less than hospitable in review of the details of your event. It appears the confusion on the menu is most likely the result of confusion about the differences in our packages and menu options. We will work to clarify these differences in packaging options for future sales. We wish you and your spouse all of the best in love and life together.

  • My wedding turned out amazing. Both the ceremony and reception went perfectly. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite, helpful, and friendly. The staff all seem to generally enjoy their jobs. The food and open bar were great! They even accomdated my no pork restriction at the last minute. The only reasons why I didnt give a full 5/5 rating was because I didn't get my throne chairs that I was told not to rent, and my rehearsal dinner got rushed do to lack of communication about an unforseen event. Other than that we were greatly pleased and loved every minute of our experience with Romano's.

  • I had my wedding here 8/11/2018 & would LOVE to speak with Melvin about why his employees didn't give me my full refund because if you use an outside vendor instead of them for your wedding cake you get a refund. They already short change you on the amount your refunded, but to cut that even more is just shady.... RUN!!!
