  • Shaeley was fantastic. Everything was professional and fast from the beginning. Food was fantastic and everyone complimented it. Veggies were delicious! Shaeley always answered all my questions very fast even if they had nothing to do with catering. Absolutely great job!!!

  • We found Rocky Mountain Catering through our venue (Spruce Mountain Ranch) because they were one of the required vendors. Because of this, we knew that they would be reliable, trustworthy, and high quality. We looked at the menu, pricing, and reviews. We scheduled a consult to come in. Hannah was our assigned event manager. She was so kind, helpful, friendly, and patient. She had lots of advice for us and was able to answer all of our questions. She was very thorough in all of the information she gave us, and she made us very excited for our wedding! She was always available through email and even text and helped us through different quotes/menus, changes, and even helped create our floor plan and update our Event Rents quote for the tables.   • Shaeley was so wonderful to work with! She was so sweet and very professional and had a great team at our wedding. The food was absolutely amazing and our guests were very pleased. The caterers kept checking on us to make sure everything was good for us. Shaeley went above and beyond with making sure everything was perfect for us including all the rentals and colors. I would definitely recommend Rocky Mountain Catering!

  • Rocky Mountain Catering was the best catering decision I could make for my wedding. Linda was so knowledgeable and helped us pick the best options for our June 2019 Wedding. She was so helpful from the initial consultation, answered all my questions over email during the months leading up, helped us during our final tasting, she gave great suggestions during our one-month walk-through and was overall a pleasure to work with! During the day of the wedding, the staff went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had water, food, and drinks whenever we needed. They took such great care of our guests and everyone was so pleased with the food and outstanding service. We had a BBW buffet and I still have people talking about how amazing the food was! We all know that weddings are expensive, but Rocky Mountain Catering has affordable options for every budget. I have nothing but great things to say about Rocky Mountain Catering and I recommended them to everyone!

  • Hannah and Rocky Mountain Catering were amazing! We did not select them for our event but in the initial process, Hannah was extremely responsive and helpful. The tasting was amazing. I have never been so full. I would highly recommend them!! Definitely worth reaching out and seeing if they would be the right fit for your event!

  • We worked with Hannah and her team at Rocky Mountain Catering for our late October wedding. Hannah was simply amazing, she went way above and beyond what I would expect from a caterer to make sure my day was amazing. She helped me talk through so many decisions that had nothing to do with food and made me feel like her only Bride, even in the thick of "wedding season". All of the staff she provided at the wedding were polite, friendly, and helpful. I have literally no complaints about our experience with them, it was the perfect day.

  • Our design coordinator, Shaeley, was fantastic throughout the entire wedding planning process. She provided recommendations and always allowed me to have an opinion or suggestion. The entire RMC team is excellent, our day-of catering Manager was so helpful and accommodating. She treated us like absolutely royalty on the day of our wedding and it made everything so much more special. Our guests loved all of the food and the pricing was very affordable for the amount of guests we had. We still have guests talking about the S’mores bar. We will definitely be using RMC for future catering needs. Thank you!

  • We originally had a bad tasting with a different company prior to switching to Rocky Mountain Catering. It was worth losing my deposit to switch to RMC. I’ve been in the industry 7 years and RMC really rolled out the red carpet for us. They are so thoughtful in all their touches such as writing our name on parking spot, name cards, showing us what our linen/rentals looked like. Robin, Patrick and entire team were so great to work with, super kind/genuine people, they don’t treat you like just another client but that they care about your business, reliable, amazing food, responsive just to name a few qualities. I couldn’t say enough nice things about RMC and the entire staff. All of our guests including our Aunt/Uncle that own a wedding hall on east coast (tough critics) LOVED the food day-of.   • I can not recommend RMC enough! They just catered our entire wedding this past weekend, and all of our guests were impressed with the amount of delicious food we had. My husband and I love to eat, so it was so important to us that we had food options for everyone all night long. Hannah F. and her staff did not disappoint! Thanks for making our day magical, Hannah F. & RMC team! She made sure we were comfortable and full, she even unbuttoned my wedding dress for me so that I could use the restroom later in the night with minimal help. Seriously cannot recommend them enough! Affordable, delicious, and organized! 5 stars!

  • We booked Rocky Mountain Catering for my son's wedding and rehearsal dinner. The wedding was planned for July. Due to Covid-19 we had to cancel the wedding, too many out of town guests said they would not be able to come. We requested a refund of our deposit and Shaeley Willis Director Of Sales refused to give us a full refund. All the other companies we had hired refunded our deposit not Rocky Mountain Catering. I don't understand this, they did not incur any expenses, they are profiting off of a Pandemic. My son works in the ER room of a hospital, he puts his life on the line everyday and works hard for his money. They will not give him or I back our full deposit, that does not seem fair. They are making a profit on us due to something we cannot control.

    Some business owners would immediately contact the platform when they see this kind of a review and attempt to get it removed. We are not going to take that approach. We are all living in a new world of uncertainty right now and I’d like to use this platform to clarify the approach that Rocky Mountain Catering and Events is taking with regard to any customer impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. For the past few months, we have been working with our clients, talking them through the difficult decision they have to make, whether to move forward, postpone or cancel their most special day. These decisions are both emotional and financial, and affect them as a couple as well as their family and friends. Our family has been hosting weddings for 10 years. We have never navigated in times of such uncertainty, as are doing so now side by side, with couples who have put their trust in us. As a company, we have proactively reached out to all customers that we felt would find themselves impacted to let them know that we are here as a sounding board and are willing to make changes to our signed agreements and be as flexible as we reasonably can. As a business owner with obligations to employees, creditors, lenders, and others; I simply can’t offer full refunds for events that we otherwise could have catered. If we receive official notice that we would have to be closed on the date of your event or anyone else’s event, we will at that time offer a refund minus the tasting fee. If that’s the chosen option for that customer. If we are allowed to be open on a certain date, but travel restrictions or simply fear of gathering in a large group mean that a customer has to modify the minimum number of guests that they feel will be attending their event, we are willing to work with customers to make those accommodations. If a change in an employment situation means that a customer has to change the scope of an event but still host it on its originally scheduled date, we are willing to make reasonable accommodations. We are acting in the most professional manner possible. It is my sincere hope that by explaining the options we are giving will let others see the impossible position we find ourselves in. Please understand that we are all trying to work through this unknown territory together. As the President of Rocky Mountain Catering and Events we have obligations to our team members, vendors, lenders, and family just as you have to yours. We feel that you, our customer, are valued friends in this endeavor and hope that you feel the same way. I hope this clarifies the options you have at this time and how those options may change if the dates of our mandated business closure change. Some people will feel that the options we are giving customers are not enough or fair – I understand that point of view, and I understand that because with this virus, none of this is fair.   • The food for our wedding was a huge hit. This is the kind of food that makes your mouth water thinking about it. The service was amazing. The company is very easy to work with. Would recommend them for any event. They also have the option for popcorn at the end of the night. This was a nice touch.

  • After a delicious tasting with Rocky Mountain Catering it was a no brainer to choose them as our wedding caterer. They were able to put a great spin on our request for a fajita bar and had a wonderful selection of appetizers and salad to pair with it. We also decided to do a late night snack of a mac and cheese bar that was a huge hit! Food was all delicious. Working with Rocky Mountain was great, though it was a bummer when our sales rep retired a month or so before our wedding. From that point we had a new rep and in our final walk-through it turned out that quite a few things had fallen through the cracks in terms of rental items and our proposal cost increased. Day of service from the catering team was great, however, I was disappointed that their team did not do a good job of making sure those who were taking photos (bride and groom included) were served appetizers during cocktail hour. Otherwise, they were very attentive and everything ran smoothly.
