  • My Fiance and I walked in just to go look and get quotes on some rings. The store manager greeted us and then another sales person (Alexander) came to talk to us and give us a tour of their store and tell us about their rings. He asked us what our budget was and worked great with it. He showed us a few rings that were in our budget and we could try to finance. Unfortunately, the ring I loved was not going to work for us due to my credit but Alexander was able to help us so I could later on have he ring I loved!! He truly cares about his customers and will do anything he can to help. Before we left he had told us he was only working there for 3 weeks! We were all shocked because with his customer service skills you would think he had been there longer. Ask for Alexander if you go to the Baybrook location.

  • Robbins Brothers was a really great experience. From the time I walked through the door, their level of customer service and attention to detail was top notch. Not only did I get the ring for my fiance within a great price point, but they were attentive to my needs as well. They pride themselves on customer service and this is something I am big on. If you are a guy looking to get your queen what she deserves, go to the best!!!

  • My fiance got my rings from Robbins brothers here in Houston and oh man was I impressed. He actually got the ring size a little off. This was no problem with Robbins Brothers as the quickly and effectively resized my ring to the correct size. Customer service was awesome. Would recommend their beautiful place to any and everyone!

  • I went into Robbins Brothers while I was in Houston for my best friend's wedding. She wanted to go with me to look at rings so that we could browse and not feel pressured to buy since the purchaser (my then boyfriend) would not be with me. We were helped by Julie and I cannot say enough good things about her. She was so patient and willing to let me look at anything. She listened to what I wanted and took me to look at rings that came to mind. I told her my boyfriend was from out of town but would be there over the weekend for my best friend's wedding. She gave me her card and told me to have him call or text her with when he was available and she would have the rings I liked out and waiting for him. She did just that! She was so wonderful with my boyfriend (now fiance') that the out of town, certain to buy a ring back home in Missouri boy, bought a ring in Houston. I have gotten so many compliments on my ring. I am in love with it and could not recommend Robbins Brothers any more!

  • We went to Robbins and we're very pleased we decided to get our rings there. Our sales person was very helpful and he knew exactly what style I was looking for. As soon as we found the setting we knew it was the winner! My ring is absolutely beautiful and I get compliments left and right for how beautiful it is and how much it sparkles! ??

  • Got an engagement ring (Tacori) for my then girlfriend - now wife sometime towards the end of 2016 for approximately $16,000. Price point was high, but it didnt matter to me at the time because, she's worth it and I was sold on the supposedly great quality of the stone and set (band). We had to resize it because it wasn't exactly her size, when we got the ring back we noticed stress lines, but ultimately didn't think much of it. Now fast forward to 12/2018 and the ring is cracked in half exactly along the stress lines (picture attached). Bringing it back we spoke to the manager who is telling us that the stress line shouldn't even be visible - we communicated to him the fact that it was exactly how we got it back from them (RB). Only thing he could say was to cover the repair, if it could be repaired - we are now being told that it can't be repaired and we have to come up out of pocket $2000 for a new band.   • My husband and I purchased my engagement and our wedding bands from Robbins Brothers in the fall of 2016 for our February 2017 wedding. Our assistant Anaeli was amazing – she helped us to hand-pick the central diamond for our engagement ring and a custom-made wedding band for my husband. I would give this location 5 stars because of her, but on one occasion, Anaeli was out and we were assisted in picking out my wedding band by a man named Michael. He was awful. He belittled my choice of using plantinum for my band instead of white gold due to my metal allergy and laughed that we were deciding to “pay so much” for my ring to ensure I didn’t have an allergic reaction. He prided himself in telling us how much less he spent on his own fiance’s engagement ring. He made us second-guess our choice for the wedding band stating, “I hope these fit together.
