The people at E.E.C. were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were also very accommodating, as we had a "Covid" wedding and constantly had to make changes. We requested a Vegetarian only menu. The Chef came up with a unique (& fabulous) menu. Shannon, our coordinator took care of everything on our wedding day. I didn't have to worry about setting up a single decoration. She made it beautiful and exactly how I envisioned. We initially thought we didn't want a "hotel" for our venue. But I am so glad we went this route. Neither the ceremony or reception rooms, had a hotel/conference room feel. And the convenience of having our honeymoon suite 50 yards away, couldn't be beat!

Planning a wedding through Covid, you would think be a nightmare. Kelly made the experience so enjoyable and so much less stressful than I expected. Kelly was fantastic figuring out ways to keep the wedding elegant even while following safety protocols from the state. She listened to my ideas and did everything she could to make our wedding perfect. She truly cared about making our day special and personal. The venue was stunning and the food was great. Perfect is an understatement for how great this venue was.

Emerald Event Center was the absolute perfect location for our wedding. The staff was incredible from day 1. Of course, our wedding was during the pandemic and we had to postpone. Kelly Arthur and her team pivoted with me every step of the way. She was just as excited (with good news) and sad (with bad news) for me every step of the way and I will never forget that. When we pulled up to EEC on our wedding day, I saw her and said, "there is my girl!" with a huge smile on my face. She was so sweet to give us a personalized gift which means I know she listened to me talk about my dog multiple times :). The day of the wedding (at 3pm, while we were in church getting married), the governor put restrictions on alcohol and closed all bars across the state early. We enjoyed every part of the process while working with Shannon Besenfelder. Her responsiveness and level of detail as we planned our wedding reception were unmatched. We loved the food tasting which included us and 4 guests, and the included honeymoon suite was an added bonus. The venue itself was beautiful and I know we will continue receiving compliments from our guests on the food, service, and the space itself. The staff was pleasant to work with and we also enjoyed the flexibility in the upgrades we chose (for example we were able to upgrade the chairs only at the head table and keep all other chairs the standard). Our daughters reception was so beautiful!!! Everything was taken care of by the wonderful staff at the Emerald. I would recommend the Emerald to all of our friends. We had guest from out of town staying and the rooms were beautiful and brunch the next day was fabulous. If you are looking for a place for your your wedding this is the place to go. Emerald Event Center was great to work with. They were very helpful and responsive. They answered questions I didn’t even know I had and helped plan out details I hadn’t even considered. We got rave reviews from our guests. All of the food was phenomenal. Our guests were blown away by the service and how efficiently dinner was served. Everything was wonderful.

My husband and I had an amazing experience with Emerald Events Center.
