  • We used PPC for our tent rental, dance floor, and lights. The lighting options were not very flexible. We ended up with string lights that were not very visible during the reception. We had to reserve a ceremony tent in case of rain, and when it turned out the weather would be nice, I left a voicemail asking to cancel the ceremony tent. When we arrived at our venue the next day, the tent had been put up anyway. Luckily, PPC returned and took it down after the wedding planner called them. There were a few times when I had to have the wedding planner contact PPC for me because of slow response time or difficulty getting what I had asked for.

  • Are there cheaper rental companies out there? Definitely. But PEAK is super reliable and easy to work with. They are the premier rental company in the Boston area and you see their trucks all over the city. They were exactly what you want from a rental company--prompt, fast, and accurate. They were so good that we didn't even see them come or go when they dropped off and picked up our things. Our order was accurate, items were in great condition, and they were very flexible with changes we made up.

  • We rented all of our rental items from Peak including linens, dinnerware, and extra items. Our of all the rental companies we looked into around Boston, Peak seemed to have the best selection our of everyone. The Woburn office was so accommodating and helpful when it came to what we actually needed and quantities. The pricing is a bit higher then other places but their products seem to be better quality and you have a bigger selection. I highly recommend going through Peak for rentals and using the Woburn Office.

  • We used Peak for linens for our wedding. We had a vintage wedding, and wanted special linens for the sweetheart table, cake table, and gift table. I wish we could have used them for more, but our budget was already allocated towards other items. The linens we rented were gorgeous, and made our tables look amazing. We paired them with my grandmothers vintage china, and it really brought the whole vintage look together. I would use Peak again in a heartbeat, they were professional, helpful and flexible. I wish I could spend all day in their showroom, it is so much fun!

  • We highly recommend Peak Events! We worked with Hannah Solomon as our Key Account Manager. Like so many other couples, in early March of 2020, we quickly realized that the day we originally had planned wasn’t going to work, and that we’d need to change our wedding due to COVID-19. PEAK was very helpful and accommodating as we navigated this decision with our vendors. Thank you so much to the team at PEAK.

  • Christina at PEAK was a dream to work with! Unfortunately, she is no longer with the company, but I will still use PEAK for future rentals. Christina helped my fiance and I select various linens from their show room to set up mock tables until we found the perfect combination. The linens we rented completely changed our venue and made it fit our vision perfectly!

  • We hired Peak Event Rentals through our amazing wedding coordinator at Providence Public library. We sent pictures and told the vision of what we wanted it to look like - and our coordinator/Peak Event rentals delivered far above and beyond! The furniture rentals were perfect for the space and our event. They have an amazing selection of tablecloths, plates, glasses, silverware, etc. It was so much fun looking through their showroom and they were great at helping to narrow things down once we had made some decisions. Everything looked amazing at the wedding. It really came together beautifully! The whole team was very professional and great to work with!

  • PEAK had a beautiful selection of items that fit our style beautifully. We rented chairs, tables, glassware, and plates. Everything showed up in perfect condition. I specifically requested ties (I love bows) on the chairs instead of velcro and they were sure to honor this special request. I visited their event space twice to see their rentals in-person. Both times they were incredibly accommodating. The second time we visited, they even brought the full size grey farm table up to the showroom and assembled it so I could get a true sense for how everything would look with it. Very impressed by their team!

  • We knew we wanted to bring in rentals such as farm tables, linens and glasses. After the visit to the PEAK warehouse we knew we chose the right vendor. The selection is endless, and with the assistance of Stephanie, we created the perfect floor plan with our vision of farm and round tables. The linens and glasses we selected truly brought the table scape to another level.

  • We used Peak via our caterer Gourmet Galley. Our biggest complaint was the dance floor- 3 people tripped and my sister in law broke her foot. They forgot a high chair for my niece. No baby chair = upset sister and brother in law. We also paid a fortune for 14 big fans- the fans were supposed to be huge fans in the tent and they were teeny tiny in the corners and very expensive. Huge waste of money.

  • We were able to share the price of the tent with the couple having a wedding the day before us, which helped with costs. The tent, lighting, dance floor and setup were beautiful, and the heaters kept the guests warm. Personnel were helpful and attentive.

  • We hired PEAK because they were the only company that offered the type of dance floor needed if we wanted to have dancing outside (which was a big draw of choosing our reception venue). Not only did it take an absurd amount of time to figure this out (the coordinator from the venue was not great in communicating this), but then the cost was wild. It did take some negotiating to determine bad-weather options to not be out of the whole amount if we had to make a last-minute change, but we did come to agreeable terms. Thankfully, weather was perfect! It also took a very long time to get replies from them when discussing what was needed for our day. There were two down points, though: One, the team that went to set it up at the venue called me on the wedding day when they couldn't figure out how to get in the building.
