  • I am making this review because of this company's response to my daughter's review of their service. I would not normally do this, but because the company rudely disregards her feedback apparently because she didn't pay for their services, I thought as the "credit card holder" I would write a review myself. To recap: I asked my daughter to book a limousine/car for her wedding because it was important to me and my wife that we have that moment riding to the ceremony with her, getting out of the car, etc. She was okay just driving with her fiance or taking Uber, but we wanted this special treat so I paid for it. My wife also specifically wanted to put flowers on the car to make it special. So my daughter found this company and they said it was okay to have flowers just for photos. Great. But on the wedding day, the driver refused to let us put the flowers on the car.     We appreciate the business and hope that your photographer got lots of pictures of your daughter and her new husband standing near the front of the most beautiful car ever created - our 1964 Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III - with something nice in the background for their permanent wedding album/website. Our website, www.regallimousine.com, FROM WHICH YOU MADE YOUR ORDER, clearly states: "NO DECORATIONS" We then go on to explain that decorations DAMAGE the Rolls for ALL FUTURE BRIDES AND GROOMS. And we're not going to let that happen. No limousine company in the world allows anyone to damage their cars - especially if they have n over half-century old museum piece like ours.

  • We selected Regal Limousine for our wedding specifically because John, the owner, said it would be okay if we decorated the car with a swag of flowers, exactly like the one he has featured on the front page of his website. I confirmed this with him over the phone and over email. After I spent an hour and a half the morning of the wedding creating a swag of fresh flowers, being careful that absolutely nothing would damage the car, the driver refused to let us drape the swag on the car, just for a picture. Nor was she polite about it. When I pointed this out to John in an email after the wedding, he ignored me -- no apology or anything. Incredibly unprofessional company. Edit: Following up on the company's false response, I have written correspondence with the company okaying the flowers, so this certainly was not explained to me.     The flowers are real, the correspondense is fake. A) The most important part of our mission is the photography featuring the bride and groom near the front of the car, with its massive world wide recognizable front end, and something nice in the background for their wedding album/website. Decorations (tin cans, balloons, ribbons, signs, flowers, etc) all detract from the uniqueness of our authentic Rolls Royce Silver Cloud III, the most beautiful car ever created. B) The practice of decorations is also dangerous and unnecessarily expensive. 1) The police issue tickets for signs obscuring the drivers vision and littering the street when they fall off; 2) When flowers/ribbons are attached to the front of the car, they get caught in the radiator/electric fan and and the car overheats - causing massive damage to the engine and requiring replacement of the fan. For these reasons, we discourage attachments to the car. C) We explained all of this to the reviewer. D) Any good photographer could have added the flower swag with a composition of 2 pictures during the post processing.  Bride evidently did not instruct her photographer to do this. She should, thus, be writing a two star review about her own incompetence, not us. E) Finally, the bride did not pay for the trip. The credit card holder made no complaint whatsoever about our Rolls Royce, our price, our chauffeur or any aspect of our service.

  • My husband and I were so pleased that we hired Regal Limousine for our big day. We decided to rent the '54 Rolls Royce for our first look and other pre-wedding photos and to drive us to our venue. The car was stunning and our driver Lynn couldn't be nicer. It was a freezing day and she went above and beyond to help keep my veil from blowing away during photos, keep us warm and generally keep our moods excited. We'd highly recommend Regal!

  • I worked with Regal to set up a ride for my husband and me between the ceremony and reception venues in the Silver Cloud as a surprise for my husband, and I am so, so glad I did. The value for the experience is unbeatable, and every part of working with Regal from booking to our drive through DC was delightful. My husband was blown away by this, and it was such a special moment for both of us to have this special trip across town. One of the best decisions I made in planning, thank you!!!

  • Getting picked up in a 1957 Bentley to end our night was magical! As our guests blew bubbles, we were whisked away in this gorgeous car. It was a perfect exit and ending to the night!

  • My fiance decided kind of last minute to grab a vintage car for our transportation from the church to the reception, and of course for photos. I was skeptical about spending the money on this, since we already purchased a shuttle to transport the bridal party....but totally worth it. The photos turned out beautiful, it was a unique experience that we'll probably never have again, and Lynn our driver was the absolute best human being ever! She was funny, very engaging, and was an absolute savior on making sure my dress wasn't getting snared on anything and everything during our wedding photos. So considerate!

  • I found Regal Limousine in a last-minute hope-against-hope internet search for a vintage vehicle to convey me to my wedding and surprise my "car-guy" fiance (soon-to-be-husband) for our "get-away" car. I was so happy to luck into Regal Limousine, as they employ REAL vintage vehicles, not just look-alikes. And their prices allowed me to include this longed-for-detail. I had looked earlier in the planning phase, but everything I found was just too expensive for our budget, or even worse, they were expensive "look-alikes" not even the real deal....and my car-guy would know and I really wanted an impressive surprise. Well, the owner was able to help me select a GORGEOUS and REAL 1952 white Bentley. It was PERFECT!!! The visual theme for our wedding was 1930's/1940's glamour and this car fit the bill to a T!   • I have nothing but fantastic things to say about regal limo services. John was very professional and very reasonable on price. The 1952 Bentley was the car we ordered for our wedding and it was absolutely beautiful! People at the wedding were in aw when the car pulled up. It was in fantastic condition before being over 60 years old. We were so happy with the quality of service and the condition of the car. It was a great experience. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was the driver continued to get lost and kept making wrong turns. It turned into a much longer drive than planned but in the end we got to the hotel and the driver was very professional about it.

  • Since my husband is in love with classic cars, I really wanted to surprise him with one on our wedding day. We had the '64 Rolls Royce, and my husband was thrilled. The photos of us with the car are fantastic, but my favorites are the ones of my husband when he first saw it. The service on the day of the wedding was punctual and professional. While it was a little pricey, it was definitely worth it to have such a special car for our wedding.

  • So, overall - very pleased with the service, communication, and had an amazing time with a great driver the night of our wedding! However, in going back and looking at our pictures, what is shown online as the 1952 Bentley online (which is what we paid for) is not what is in our pictures. The car in our pictures is identical to the 1957 Bentley. Again, overall, we have a great experience on our wedding night and we loved riding around in a unique classic car.

  • I am updating the rating because the website now allows you to give 0 stars. I also mistyped the year of the car that we received and have since made the correction...If I could give this company zero stars I would, but the website makes you at least choose one star. We rented the 1952 Bentley for our wedding and it was the WORST experience ever! First of all, the driver would not wait for me (the bride) to come from my hotel room, instead he made me rush to come down and told my bridesmaids to tell me to "hurry" and rushed me out of my bridal suite into the car. I did not want any of my guests to see me, but he made me rush. I was waiting for my wedding coordinator to walk me down, but instead he kept telling everyone to get the bride. Second, the A/C was NOT working. It was a 90 degree day and the air was blowing out hot air.   • I would use Regal Limo again. I rented a Vintage 1950s white Bentley to take my father and I to my wedding venue. The car was beautiful and I absolutely felt like a princess. The driver was prompt and nice and it was a great time. Very elegant and would love to use again.
