  • Rebecca was amazing! She was an absolute delight to work with and she helped us be completely stress-free the day of our wedding. Here are some noteworthy points about our experience working with Rebecca: - We hired her to be our day-of wedding coordinator (and what a great decision that was!) - When it came to planning the wedding beforehand, she was a big help for us. She kept every detail organized. When there were documents she had to give us, it was beautifully packaged. Her response rate was pretty prompt, given she was working on other events as well. We never felt that because we only hired her to coordinate the day-of that she neglected to give us quality service. It was the highest quality of service from beginning to end! - The rehearsal was a breeze. She was prompt and thorough. Everyone loved working with her that day.   • We had initially spoke to Rebecca about doing invites for our wedding but it turns out we needed baby shower invites first! She did such an amazing job making sure that all the details we wanted were included! We will definitely be back to her for our wedding invites and future birthday invites for our little guy!

  • Rebecca was highly recommended by our wedding venue. After our initial meeting, it was evident why: she is personable, professional, and highly detailed. Additionally, she was very familiar with our venue and vendor team. We hired Rebecca as a month of coordinator and we were happy with her results. She fit our budget and was willing to travel to Orange County for meetings. Rebecca understood our vision and provided ideas and suggestions to create a great atmosphere for our wedding. She was available by phone and email when needed, created a timeline for the wedding party and also emailed them updates. She also did an amazing job running our rehearsal, setting up the wedding ceremony and reception, and also went above and beyond by purchasing umbrellas for our wedding party (due to rain).   • Rebecca is amazing!! She was a huge help. I hired her and her team for the month of the wedding and without her, I would have probably stressed out more than I normally do. She made sure everything was perfect for us. She is easy to talk to. My husband and I are thankful that we met her. Her attention to detail and learning about us and making sure our vision for our wedding would be perfect. Rebecca and her team did a phenomenal job and I can’t thank for enough for everything they have done.

  • I was a guest at a wedding where Rebecca was the Wedding Coordinator. When I saw what a phenomenal job she did, I chose to hire her as well for my wedding. Her attention to detail and organization of all of the Vendors was flawless. I had no idea how much I would need a Wedding Coordinator! I did not have to worry about a single detail on my Wedding Day. Trust me, you need to hire her!

We recently did a huge luxury wedding at the beautiful Mission Inn and I was super impressed at how well she and her team handled every detail. Our clients were over the moon in awe at how beautiful and flawless everything turned out. I definitely could not have pulled off this wedding with her wonderful management of keeping everything updated and confirmed up to the day of the wedding. I was very much a DIY bride, creating my own centerpieces, photobooth wall, sweetheart table decor, and favors! Rebecca was amazing in bringing all my visions to life!   • I hired Rebecca for her day of coordination (Expert Coordination) for my September wedding. From the start she was very responsive. Starting about 4 weeks before the wedding she met me at our venue and we went through everything! She created our timeline, etc. She ran the rehearsal which went smooth and was very helpful. The wedding day she brought an assistant and they set up, ran the entire wedding and did major clean up for us. The set up turned out perfect. For the clean up, she and her team packed cars, rolled tables and swept rose petals to make sure it all got taken care of. I would recommend Rebecca for your coordinator!!! Such a big help and so worth it.

  • At the end of the evening I had lots of people tell me it was the most fun they have ever had at a wedding. Being able to dance the night away with my family and friends was my dream and I could never have done that without Rebecca being my second voice. She is unique, you will never find another like her. She helped me plan and execute a perfect wedding and she brought all my visions to life!!

  • To put into words how superb working with Rebecca and her team was, would be impossible. My husband and I can't express how thankful we are to have had such an amazing wedding coordinator, coordinate our dream wedding at Calamigos Ranch in Malibu, Ca. She made the entire "process" and wedding day a COMPLETE breeze! From day one of planning to clean clean up after the wedding. Not only was she extremely kind but she was a great communicator, organized, resourceful, creative, patient, detail oriented (Like myself) and had passion and experience in her job that was extremely clear! She was beyond a pleasure to work with.. AND she hand made/designed our wedding invitations l that were seriously, DROP DEAD GORGEOUS!   • Rebecca is absolutely amazing! She was so easy to work with and always communicated clearly to all of my millions of questions. She ensured that our wedding day went smoothly and had to work creatively through some challenges with the weather (it was a gorgeous sunny day, but it was sooo windy). I appreciate her friendly personality and patience with me throughout the entire wedding planning process! I would 100% recommend her and give her 10 stars if I could!

  • We had our wedding invitations made my Rebecca and they were so beautiful and perfect! She was able to add a millennium falcon and kept the invitation elegant as well. It was perfect and we totally geeked out when we saw it on our invitations. Rebecca is so sweet and flexible and accommodated us for the location to pick up our finished shipment. They were wrapped nicely and took the time to have a conversation with us. Definitely love the personal time as much as her professional. I will definitely recommend her to family and friends in the future.

She left no stone unturned and I was stress free knowing Rebecca and her team had everything covered . Her work is detailed and her calmness is what's needed for such a big day .
