I couldn't recommend Toni Booker with Purple Lilly Events more as a wedding coordinator. She was prompt, professional, fun, easy to work with, creative, and a fantastic project manager. My mom and I could not have pulled off the wedding without her help. It was great to know that come the day of we could relax and trust Toni to take care of anything immediately. The event turned out even better than I expected! My wedding had a TON of moving parts given that a lot of the décor was DIY. Toni helped me stay realistic and on budget while still making sure I got the wedding I was envisioning. It is apparent that Toni is also respected by others in the industry who were happy to hear that they would be working with her. I am so happy that we hired Toni and she was an integral part in making sure our wedding was a total blast!

We set out to plan over a year in advance. It became evident that we really needed a Planner. We didn’t have a tremendous budget by any means. We met with 4 different people/companies, and we just weren't happy. It felt that we would either be getting someone else's vision for our wedding, or we'd be paying an arm and a leg to have almost no contact prior to the day of. Toni from Purple Lily Events is THE wedding planner you should ever go with. When she did my brothers wedding, we were so impressed that we hired her too! We hired her for the whole package from planning, working with vendors, and organizing the day of the wedding. WORTH. EVERY. PENNY. She works super hard to keep things stress free, and her super sassy attitude made me feel super at ease, almost like just hanging out with a friend... a very talented friend! Purple Lily Events has worked extensively with many of the local vendors, and always knows who to call, regardless of what you want. I have freely told anyone who would listen that hiring Toni and Purple Lilly Events was by far the best decision we made about our wedding! I Interviewed multiple wedding coordinators to assist in planning our wedding, and Toni was the first that seemed to try to connect on a personal level rather than simply a business transaction. She was also very understanding of the fact that I work a graveyard shift for my job, and managed to work our discussions and planned all of our meetings with her and with the vendors around it. There was a small snag right before our wedding regarding our choice for centerpieces. A purchase fell through at the last moment, and I contacted Toni immediately. I didn't stress at all over it, because I knew Toni had my back, and it was all fixed by the time of the wedding. We told Toni at the beginning of the process that our main goal for the wedding was that our family be free to enjoy the day, rather than be bogged down with responsibilities. Toni did an amazing job planning our wedding! She not only helped us tie up all the loose ends and hone in on our vision, but she had so many fun and new ideas we never thought of. Her attention to detail was amazing, right up to adding the citronella tea light candles and small curled sheet music to add to the table center pieces. She helped me plan a surprise ice cream truck for my husband and just got things done!!! I loved having her and she set my mind at ease. The day of the wedding was so smooth, I could just sit back and enjoy myself because I knew she had everything covered. She made sure the night flowed and that everything, such as cake cutting, dances, bouquet toss, etc, happened! Toni at Purple Lilly Events was the most important and wonderful vendor that I have hired for the wedding! During the planning I kept thinking of Toni as the Nike slogan, “Just Do It”, because anything that came up was instantly taken care of by her. She was a joy to spend time with… we are still laughing about her wonderful British humor. Toni is very creative, organized, and great at helping the bride and groom to thoroughly enjoy the process without stressing about the little stuff. Toni rocks. I was traveling a lot while planning my wedding, and let me tell you, I had absolutely no stress. I put complete trust in Toni, and would do it a million times over. My wedding was a fairy tale. While rating her, I didn't even have to look at the categories... I knew she was a 5 in everything.. I only wish that there were more stars. Purple Lilly Events is OFF THE CHARTS FABULOUS!

Toni planned my wedding, and she was brilliant. She was unfailingly responsive and communicative, and very well-organized, keeping us regularly apprise of what we needed to do ourselves, and by when. She was also extremely effective in dealing with the many service providers involved (officiant, venue, caterer, bakery, taxis, hotel, and so on), as she was respectful and clear, and a strong advocate of our own wishes (which were often specific and unusual, as we had a non-traditional wedding, as well as many vegans to cater to), making sure we'd get what we wanted and not settle for less. The wedding came off wonderfully, with a big, enthusiastic crowd (including arrangements for many out-of-town guests), a beautiful ceremony, a wild dance, delicious food and cake, and a gorgeous venue -- it lived up to its traditional billing as the best day of my life, and I can't imagine how any of it could have happened without Toni. I'll always be grateful to her for it!

Toni was a wonderful wedding planner. We were living in the UK, but wanted to get married in the US, so arranged a budget with Toni and she organised the whole thing, from what we had to do as visitors to the US to get a marriage licence, through a lovely marriage ceremony on a Columbia River paddle steamer, a romantic horse-drawn carriage ride through Portland, gorgeous evening meal venue and limo ride to our wedding night stay at the fabulous Heron Haus.
