I have a wedding date booked for Saturday January 13, 2018. However, due to unforeseen circumstances I will not be able to host my wedding here. This is the most beautiful barn venue I have ever seen! My husband and I first saw this venue when it was still being built and booked it on the spot, knowing it would turn out as beautiful as it did. Not only was the venue gorgeous, but it was completely surrounded by woods making it feel as if it was closed off from the rest of the world. Of course the venue's grandeur is a salute to the team that run's it - they are phenomenal! You can tell that every member of the team truly loves to help make the couple's day as perfect as it can be. It did rain on our wedding day, but it stopped for the ceremony and the Florida Rustic team was prepared for anything. It's been nearly two months after the wedding and my husband and I are still receiving compliments from friends and family raving about how beautiful and awesome our wedding was. We got married on October 21, 2017 and I don’t even know where to begin to describe how absolutely amazing it was. Zoraya & her wonderful team go above and beyond to make sure your dream wedding becomes a reality. Guests have been messaging us ranting and raving about Florida rustic barn weddings. From the moment we saw the chapel in the gables and felt the serenity all around us, we knew it would be the perfect place to say our “I do’s”. Zoraya & everyone at Florida rustic barn weddings will forever hold a special place in our hearts for all they did to make our wedding dreams come true. We cannot thank them enough! My daughter is having her wedding here in October. She lost her dad a few years ago so she really wasn't over the moon about having a traditional wedding & all that comes with it but she decided against eloping & to share this day with her friends & family. This has been very hard on her financially & emotionally. Last week we ran into an issue & thought there's no way we can do this. She was devistated & sick over it. Without going into all the dreaded details after speaking with the venue they are working with her & have really stepped up to make her day special, I cannot thank them enough for all they are doing helping my daughter through this time. Some how I fell like her father is watching from above. The people at prairie Glenn are phenomenal !!

My wife and I just had out wedding at Prairie Glenn Barn a couple weeks ago. It was really important to find a venue that treated us like family and supported our same sex marriage. From the moment I met Zoraya, I told my then fiancé we needed to put a deposit down. You don't meet many people who you know are genuine and honest right from the beginning. I knew her and her team were going to give me my dream fairy tale wedding. All the vendors were very professional and listened to all my feedback or ideas. They were extremely easy to work with. Ms. Becci took all the stress away for my ceremony and made it flow so easily. It was very easy to communicate with everyone and go over all the details. They organized when I needed to come in for the inclusive package to decide on the setup of the venue and scheduling the rehearsal. All my guests couldn't believe how gorgeous the place was and is still talking about it 2-3 weeks later. My wedding went off without a hitch. Everything went accordingly to plan and I was able to enjoy the reception with my wife, family and friends. In addition, the staff really took care of us from the year of planning all the way up and through our day so that we could enjoy everything. I believe the temperature was around 80 degrees and the barn AC and fans were able to keep everyone comfortable, so that we could dance all night. I have my wedding scheduled for next October, but knew as soon as I arrived at the Venue and met Ms. Zoraya that this was the place I had to have my wedding. It was as if Ms. Zoraya read my mind and knew everything I was looking to have done at my wedding. I knew at that moment I needed to book with her because having her as my wedding coordinator, I will have that fairy tale wedding I have always been dreaming about. Their all inclusive packages takes all the hassle and stress out of the wedding and is very convenient. I am very excited about having my wedding at Prairie Glenn Barn.

I booked this venue on Monday morning and paid my deposit. I also booked my DJ, Caterer, Photographer, Cake decorator and honeymoon shortly there after on Monday. Tuesday evening I got an email ( not a phone call) because stating they had double booked my date and that I had to forfeit my date for a Friday or a Sunday and they would give me a free bonfire and marshmallows "for my inconvienence" .... I am spending almost 10 grand and the BEST you can offer is free marshmallows?? So needless to say I am not a happy bride :(

When we started looking at venues, my husband and I debated over whether to have a wedding in a barn or a more formal setting. Prairie Glenn Barn settled that debate for us. The venue is absolutely stunning and brings an element of sophistication and class to the traditional barn wedding. She always took a lot of time to answer our questions and really worked to make our vision a reality. Zoraya and her team still got me down the aisle on time and from there ensured we transitioned through the night seamlessly. First off the venue grounds are stunning and compared to others that we had looked at there was no competition. I liked how you had full use of the grounds. Guests were free to roam around and enjoy the water view, and photographers had plenty of great areas to use as backdrops. I'm not a local so planning a remote wedding is already a stressful ordeal. The FRBW team took some of that anxiety away with their responsiveness to calls and emails. They were also flexible with working with our flight schedule whenever we had in-person meetings. I know the contract and the included services can seem vague with what exactly is included. The best advice I can give is that you're paying for peace of mind and a flawless wedding day. They handled everything from decor, floral, vendor coordination, set up, and herding the guests. On the day of all I had to do was bring myself, my dress, and the party favors. While the serving staff and food was fantastic. I was not a fan of the account rep that we had contact with. Would have at least liked a second option just so I didn't feel like I was locked in. It was difficult to get a hold of them, get a quote, or even finalize details. At 3 wks before the day of nothing was set (menu, headcount, etc) and it took FRBW's assistance to get things rolling.

The venue itself is absolutely stunning! My vision came together so perfectly! Zoraya was always very sweet and accomodating. My only complaint is I chose the "DIY" option which should have meant I get to choose everything- including my outside vendors. If it was included in the venue price, I completely understand only being able to use that particular vendor. However, the food/beverage was not included in the venue price and they still made us use Catering by the Family. They weren't terrible but we definitely had other options that we would have liked better. Also, sometimes the communication was lacking/very slow in response. Especially the last 2 weeks leading up to the wedding which in my opinion is the most critical. Like I said, LOVE everything about the venue itself and price was great considering all that it included, just would have like a little better communication and options when it came to caterer.
